I am through with posting everything twice!!

I have found that every response I posted today disappeared as soon as I hit 'submit' -I tried to remember to copy everything to the clipboard first - but I just keep forgetting... and... you guessed it - I even had to post this question twice too! So, did this happen to you today? If so, how many times before you said 'OK that's enough I'm off to bed!' BTW - If you are good enough to respond....I will reply tomorrow when hopefully this thing is sorted...

I've lost quite a few really good discussions that I've started because of this. With so many users I think myLot has to run maintenance on certain areas of their site at a time, and it's slow when lets say, your profile or discussions your in are being reviewed. I also can't copy and paste yet soooo... it was really irritating retyping a couple, and a couple others I just flat out lost. It should be better after a few hours though, but I agree, it's very annoying.

Oh good point, I hadn't thought about that, the newer users who can't copy and paste will be even more frustrated than me (who can C&P, but just keep forgettin' to do it ) Keep at it and you will soon be in the land of the copy and pasting, emoticon-lovin' MyLotters...

It's happened on at least three days recently, and it is putting me off - I have lost a load of responses, I don't even bother trying to resubmit - it's a shame.. (hang on, must remember to copy this before I post it...)

I sincerely sympathise - it was just too much yesterday, I would have done twice as much activity if it weren't for this - never mind seems OK now, I guess it was a glitch maybe caused by the recent updates?

I am experiencing that too yesterday. My responses went missing and I have to recreate my words to response. It has sort of slow me down in mylotting but hopefully it will improve.

It seems OK today Zandi, but it had me fuming yesterday - of course loads of people would have been writing all their posts out twice and that would give the MyLot servers more work to do, making it even more likely that more people would have problems... looks like it's sorted for now though.

hi livewyre I have had times like that but only lost one today, do check at times because in rare instances where my response seem to just hang and I got tired and hit reload, my response did show up under responded. I saw one person in one discussion today who was evidently also have troubles posting, and so he kept doing it over and he had five duplicates of his response. so mylot still has some glitches I guess.

I was worried about duplicates, and I tried going back a page, but nothing appeared - I don't think I tried re-load, maybe I'll try that next time... I had four of these in a row last night - I posted that fact the first time I posted the discussion, but of course, it disappeared! and when I re-typed (forgot to Copy to clipboard...) I forgot to say it had happened four times...one after the other... I had a different glitch the other day, someone asked me a simple question within a discussion - I tried replying, but whatever I wrote it was rejected every time. I replied about eight times, worried that the other person would think I was ignoring their simple question. In the end I had to leave it and answer it the next day instead...
