Villains or Heroes? So with Heroes going into tribal 2 weeks in a row they have had to let their evil side show way before the merge. But was it a surprise? No. It was expected. The game itself changes and ahs to change when you come back for multiple times. What you did before will not work this time around, unless of course you are Boston Rob who somehow seems to be the biggest villain but you love to have him stab you in the back. Will he make it? Speaking of Boston Rob the questions obvious from last weeks show is…will he be able to make it to the end physically? I have my doubts. Going out there is tough enough. Going out there and getting sick is harder to recover. However he has not lost his edge when it comes to puzzles. He is still the dominating force and if they do not get rid of him and they go into a series of puzzles after the merge he may go all the way. The Steph curse is gone. I don’t know about you but I was so happy to see her go. She has been a curse on every team she has ever been on. With her gone may even the playing field. But now you are going to have some bad blood against James. I will say I was disappointed to see James so vehement. Side Note: One thing that is missing in this season as opposed to other seasons is the match up of personalities. You have people who have played with or against each other but the match up are not controversial enough. Perhaps the elements will help move that aspect of the game along Final Four Russell Coach Tom Daneille

I think that Boston Rob isn't in that great physical shape this season either. I wonder if the illness will take him down. The villians do need him. He takes charge and makes them listen during the challenges. James was shocking to me! I think that they will keep him around because of his strength, but once it comes closer to the end, he will be gone. I am still trying to remember Danielle~ which season was she? I need some info on her! I was glad to see Stephanie go too. She is headstrong and doesn't listen to anyone elses ideas. I am thinking that Russell won't go to the end. He has made his alliances again, but they all know he makes many alliances so this may backfire against him. It is fun to see JT playing more like Russell did last season. It should be interesting.

Yeah I think Rob may be on his way out. Russell I'm still not sure about. Daneille is a tag along. I think she will go under the radar. If we can get the heroes organized it will go much better. I look forward to this next episode to see if the heroes can pull off a win.

I have to admit that I was very upset to see the Heroes lose again this past week. I am a personal fan of all of the players that were on that particular team with the exception of Steph (so, needless to say I am happy to see her gone and I hope that means that the Heroes team will be stronger coming into the week. As far as Rob goes, I don't think that he is going to be able to make the distance this time. He is in a different part of his life and it is clear that although he still has the puzzler's mind, physically he isn't the same person that we've seen in the past.

I tend to agree with you on that matter about Rob. I think he is gonna run himself into the ground. However, alot of the strain comes from lack of sleep. THe tarp may very well help in that aspect. The heroes need to get united again if they think that are gonna win anything. Right now they are not united at all. Of course getting rid of Steph who had a bum shoulder was a good move to begin with.

Boston Rob has been amazing and has done a lot to help his tribe get to this point without losing anyone. He was able to start the fire, without using the firestarter. He is good at puzzles and if he gets healthy, will be a threat in physical challenges as well. Never like to see anyone get ill or suffer injuries on the show. I was very shocked and disappointed in James with him being so vocal at Stephanie like that. He should have stayed quiet and not blaming her for their failures so far. However his tribe needs him in challenges. I am hoping someone blindsides Russell this time around. Coach and Tom may make the final four but I don't think Danielle will and I think Russell will get blindsided at some point.

Pastor G, Well, as I have commented earlier, the Heroes really have to get their act together especially when they are competing. I just cannot believe that they could throw away such a good lead and loose out again. What is it with them that they cannot solve the puzzle? Totally misfits! I just cannot imagine what is going to happen if the next challenge is going to be another puzzle. The Heroes really lack a leader within their tribe and it is time for them to appoint one. I can understand James's outburst but I feel that he should loosen up and not let that ego get into his head. Winning isn't everything! I think equally disappointing was JT not living up to his task as captain for the 2nd challenge and he is equally responsible for his side's disppointing lost. He should have been more assertive instead of trying to be a goody goody. Yes! Assertive! That's what is so missing at the Heroes team and game. As for Stephenie, she's just collateral damage like Sugar and I felt that she's having certain issues herself. Perhaps, it's the "jinx" factor that is working against her instead of, for her as in the previous series. Boston Rob's slip is understandable, as the elements are just brutal out there and the villains camp is just pathetic as far as work rate is concern. I mean how could they be so self centered and selfish as to while away their time in frivolous activities, when they should be working on their shelters and living conditions. Just another observation, I felt that quite a number of the participants are really not in shape and I just hope that they will be able to last the entire period.

I think you are right about the assertiveness. JT was not super assertive but at the same time Steph just would not shut up. JT had it figured right the first time and she somehow convinced the rest of the team to do it her way. She was like that on all of her seasons. I think her being gone will be better than collateral damage. I think it will benefit the heroes in the long run.

Pastor G, Well, I hope that the Heroes swelling heads will subside in due time or they will suffer more damaging consequences. Hopefully, the "Stephenie Curse" will not thrive despite her absence or am I too early? Let's wait and see. Just a side note about Stephenie, I just find her unique and lone survivor material. Throw her into the jungle and I am sure she'll make Robinson Crusoe a big joke. I've seen and been with such individuals, and let me tell you that I have to respect their steel willpower. I hope that the Heroes will up their tempo and that they reduce that egoistic attitude. Just can't wait for the next episode to arrive.

Your Side Note is the reason I don't like watching the re-run players..All Stars, now this one. We all and they all, know how everyone plays so where is the surprise, the intrigue, the suspense to see who gets who and how! If you didnt like them before in one of the other 2 times they have played the game, why would we like them this time? I remember on All Stars that one guy Johnny Fairplay.. he was a scoundral in his first season, but now that everyone knows what he is capable of.. they voted him off right away. I didn't like the guy but he sure did bring enjoyment to the game. However, I didn't enjoy watching him the second time around.. Iknow what a scoundral he is so there was no surprise in his actions... ergo BORING! Everyone is saying that Boston Rob isn't going to make it, but he made it to Final 2 in his first season! So did Colby..Final 2 first season, but voted off early in the game on All Stars and probably this one. I don't remember some of the playeers - Stehphanie and Amanda...or whoever. But we all know how Russell plays, but more to the point..so do many of the players there and they know he makes alliances with everyone! Wheres the intrigue in that for us viewers? I am not to crazy about tahe challenges either this season. I really enjoyed those most about the show! But so far, these have been rather lame.. well, not lame, just not that intriguing and suspensful like in other seasons. So I guess I'll have to see how it goes. Maybe things will improve. No idea yet as to who might be final 4. I think the ones that we all think might due to their strengths in previous seasons, won't win as the players know them so they will vote them off soon as possible just out of "fear" that they might be more likely to vote them out!

My thoughts exactly. THey just don't seem to be in it this season. Even Coach isn't as Vibrant and "in your face" as he was his first time around. And Russell... same thing. COlby and Jerri are both rather quiet.

I think that in order to bring excitement in this season some player will really need to change their games. JT may be on track in that area. Others are just not in it with their hearts. Let's get rid of those who don't care and see some good change ups in the game. Pastor G

What a bunch of bumbling idiots. They had that darn puzzle right and they took it apart. I'm not particularly attached to Stephenie. She played hard, but whatever. But James is setting himself up for a big, fat target on his back. I really like Cirie and I'd love to see her sneak on in there...

Cirie is one of my silent favorites. I have not commented on her yet because she really has not been vocal enough for me to see her game plan. At this point I am saying the villains deserve the wins. The heroes just not working together.

No, they aren't. It's funny, but the villains are crap at working together at camp building a shelter and so on, but totally together in the challenges, and the heroes are just the opposite.

Hiya Doubleloveyou...glad to be back with you this season too!! The season is a little slow starting because we are expecting so much from them all i guess and they are not really delivering much yet....especially the villians...whats up with them? They arent really working at all around camp...or maybe its just the editing but they dont seem to be... James is not very likeable this season....hmmm.... I can not believe that everyone didnt immediately figure out that Russel hid the machette...where have they been?? He did that all the time last season and while Coach was talk he clearly got up went somewhere and came back to his spot....then they wake up and the machette is missing and they cant put that together??? Lord Russel might just get far in this game after all...lol...i dont feel sorry for them this time...last season their own tem mate made them suffer but this year it is their own stupidity...they should know Russel did it!! LOL..any time ANYTHING comes up missing they should KNOW Russel did it...lol Man oh man those heros were out for blood in that challenge!! Whew!! I suspect the Villians got a little big headed and thought they had it!! Never good to get too comfortable with winning!!! I wonder if the villians will come back next week or not....tough call.... well so far heres who i would like to see as final 4..(im sure this will change though as much as id like to see it i dont think russell will make it that far and its not looking great for ceri either) Russel Rob Ceri Rupert

Hey Pastor, Look who's late to the party now. Somehow I overlooked your post. Well the villains seem to think they have control of the game but I see them eating each other alive, so to speak. I'm almost certain that they will go for Russel first. I think they really want to stomp out his, I'm the best attitude. Speaking of villains, what do you think of Geri and Coach? I have a difficult time seeing them as love birds. I'm almost inclined to think it's all a show. I was shocked at James behavior. He was always a gentle soul. So I thought. As far as the final four, I still can't pick 4. If Tom and Colby stick together, they might have a chance. On the villains side, If Rob doesn't get really sick, he may make it. I'll let you know after tonight. Leenie
