A few months ago, I got writing project, and the employer paid me US$ 30 through paypal. Actually, he still owed me about US$ 30, but he never paid me,or maybe his clients are Indians, and paypal is blocked?And i withdrew the money to my bank account, but i didn`t see my balance added. how to withdraw our money in paypal to our bank account?what about the currency?my money is not converted into Indonesian rupiah yet. any help?thank you

Are you Indians or Indonesians? If you are Indian, yeah... maybe PayPal still blocked it, but don't really know for sure, but... why they must convert your balance to Indonesian Rupiah? I think, if you are Indian they will convert it to India Rupe?

I'm agree with you... but maybe she thought that if she withdraws her balance from paypal to the indonesian local bank, she will get indonesian rupiah in her account. Isn't she?

I am Indonesian. OK, here`s the story: there are two employers. one employer, from a website software, had paid me 30 US$, but there is still US$ 30 he hasn`t paid me yet. The other employer said that he would pay me US$ 10, but his clients are INDIAN, so he told me that he couldn`t pay me until the problems with Indian banks resolved. The employer from software company paid me US$ 30 on Feb.6, and I withdrew my money to my bank account last week. But yesterday i checked my balance and my money wasn`t converted to rupiah yet. And I don`t know how to check whether i have received my money or not and how to make sure that it is already converted in rupiah. Any help?Thank you guys for your support

Yeah... I see... PayPal still has problem will all Indians I think. Your money wasn't converted? I think it's about PayPal problem or maybe your Back problem. Have you ask support from PayPal? If you haven't. Try it.

Friend this is really very sad to hear about it But don't worry and never loose your hope . Keep on trying other jobs too. Always keep in mind hard working is the key for the success but also needs some patient.

I'm sorry. I am a little confused. 
You say your employer paid you, but he didn't pay you? Do you mean that you should have earned $30, but have not seen the $30 in your PayPal account yet? If the money has not been paid, than you cannot withdraw it from PayPal to your bank account since there's no money to withdraw.
