Yes I personally love her tutorials for numerous anime inspired looks. I always watch her videos and get jealous of how good her and her sister Promise Phan. Her transformations are amazing! Couldn't ask for a more beautiful girl as well. :)

Do you subscribe to Lauren Luke (username panacea81) on Youtube? Her tutorial's are wonderful, she's a very pleasant and modest lady. Her tutorials have gotten her a multitude of fame and she now has her own cosmetics line. Lauren tours to various places to promote her cosmetics line, make videos for sponsors, etc. Since she began to escalate, she has had some minor touch ups of her own such as getting some teeth repaired, and having taken some classes for cosmetology. It's sad though, to see that some users now accuse her of being a sell out, since she has gained her fame. I haven't heard of Michelle Phan, but I might know of her username, I'll have to look her up to be sure.
