where did the floppy disks go

where have the floppy disks gone i dont find them in market

They don't sell them anymore. Most computers now a days don't have the drives and need to be purtched externally if you want to use them. Office specility stores may cary them, but they are no longer readily avaiable because people don't need nor use them anymore. Everything is either on usb drives, or cd/dvds anymore.

You can still buy some floppies online, but they are expensive now. I transfered all my floppies to DVD 3 years ago, and I broke 2 floppy drives during the transfer (happily, I found a lot of old floppy drives at $5 each on the corner of the street !) I recommend you to buy a SD card reader. SD cards are cheap, and you can put a thousand floppies on one 2Go SD. If you have a very old computer without USB ports, you can still find parallel SD card readers online. I hope this help.
