How much time you devote in thinking

How much time you devote in thinking before you make any decision related to any thing. Do you find it worthy or some time waste of time.

I tend to not to think and rather just get on with what ever it is i have to do.I think that rather than thinking about doing things it is better to just geo on and do whatever it is that we were thinking about.

i feel it can get to a point to where its a waste of time. you just got to move on with things after some time.
