Resuming withdrawals to bank accounts in india?

I just checked thepaypalblog.com It says there, that the services should resume from 3rd of march.

I got their email too today.I am a bit relieved but they still have issues to clear until which we cannot transfer funds to our local bank account.But the way they are trying hard to clear out everything,I am sure normal services will resume soon.Hoping for the best since I already have a fair amount in my account which I would like to withdraw.

its only for the exporters of goods and services have their services resumed. for personal nature, paypal has to sort it out with RBI by complying to the Indian regulations. that is yet to be done. it may take some more time. we have to wait till then. lets hope it will be sorted out soon.

paypal needs specific approvals to allow personal remittances to India, which they do not have currently. Until they get these approvals, personal payments into india will remain suspended. So it may not be so soon..
