I'm tired posting discussions!

Well I usually post once in a while and I do more of commenting. My average responses to my posts are usually 16 - 20 posts and no more than that. I do not know it but I guess it has something to do with having more friends in here. The more friends you have in here the better chances that you will get your post seen by them when they are also in here.

Maybe it's a normal human being thing to feel bad when you think nobody cares for you, or nobody notices you. I guess we all tend to post a lot for us also to earn a lot. hehehe I am actually a newbie here, i registered months ago but I just do this stuffs right now. I am just hoping that I could really make some money out of it.

It's funny how you remind me of myself before when I was new here because I posted the same topic about being tired of initiating discussions and not having responses even if they are sensible. I had a respond to this and so I shall say to you, a wisdom I've attained here in mylot, it is okay not to have responses to your discussions. I mean, yes it is disappointing but you'll be surprise to know that Everybody probably also experienced this atleast once in their mylot career. I think you should continue striving and that goes for me to, but it is very important to enjoy your days here. I have actually convinced myself that I came here to learn and have fun more over earning. Happy mylotting!

I got totally discouraged by posting my own discussions, so now I comment on other peoples. I mean, what was so wrong about asking about the snot monster anyway? Surely someone must know what it w ... I'll get my coat.

actually i rather want to response since the topic was already there and all we need to do is just to share our idea with it, though i can see that theres only few post everyday compare to how many members mylot have though i cant relate to other topic and i found it very difficult to respond.

Now I'm not tired for posting messages, because I'm joined on this project only yesterday. Maybe than I post more than 1000 posts I too tired for this job. On my discusscions is too only some responses or only 0 responses. I agree if you have more friends you have better chance get some good responses.

Hi jlamela, I have been posting responses as well as comments only for quite a long time. If I'm not mistaken the last discussion written was on the first week of December last year. Firstly I'm not good in writing discussion. Secondly I'm rather busy and don't have considerable time to take care of it by adding comment in every response received. anyway it's quite easy to take care of it if receiving less responses. Therefore at the moment I rather enjoy posting responses and comments which interest me once I have spare time. As far as we know we would be awarded more if starting new discussion and leaving comments in all the responses. I really envy those members who are so lucky and having more time posting here However I feel content I still could have spare time having fun here though it is a short while on and off Happy posting!

Bingo :D, you got it right my friend, I feel this too often, i should better say too too often, I'm at my home page and i'm wondering what to write about, and that feeling is super irritating, even at those times i'm not even able to put my head to reply to my own started discussions. Then i close the mylot tab :D, and switch to facebook, or get myself a cup of coffee :D,

ya, i think it`s normally if sometimes we are boring or lazy to do something or our routine activities.so if you are boring in posting discussion, so maybe it`s better you only just check any interesting discussion. dont push your mind only to create discussion. we are not robot LOL

I felt that way back when I was still starting here. It really sucks when you don't generate much comments on your discussions, so I stopped doing that, and just post some comments on discussions that I like.. Sometimes I still post discussions, but that only happens when I really want to talk about something..

I stopped making discussions because i feel pressured when responding to each comment. If you have enough comments, you will run out of ideas and you basically have to repeat what you have just said in your other responses and just try to use different words just to make that comment unique. There are times also that i don't feel like responding to those who made a comment which is unfair to those who did. So posting to others discussions work for me because this way i can choose which discussion to respond.

As far as I am concerned, I think I sedom feel that I am tired of post a discussion here. I love mylot so much, which I usually log in everday as long as I have time. Yeah, what you have said, I just have the same feeling in the beginning of my first in mylot, later, I come to know that may be there is something that you write does not match the topic that mylotters' interests. So ,just write some post that mylotters' interests.Have a nice day.

Some discussions are trash because of the other ones burying them! If you post a good discussion, the newer ones will be posted more, because of some members with little to no free time they won't beable to reach yours. Sometimes that is not the case, though.

jlamela,, now this discussion has got many responses. so maybe this is your record.. hehee.. since im a new lotter here i dont have many responses on my discussion. but i do hope someday my discussion will attract more people and they will response on every ssingle of my discussion..

There are really moments like that, where you find it difficult to start a discussion coz you can't think of a topic to discuss. In times like that, it's time to browse other's discussions and choose those topics that interest you and then you can respond to it. If you often receive few responses in your discussions, maybe you just need to try those topics that are more general and easier to answer and related to everyone. Additional tip is to add more friends, because the more friends you have, the more chance for your discussions to be read, which also means the more chance to be responded. Another tip is to comment on all the responses you got, coz it will keep your discussions alive. And another thing to consider is you should always be nice in all your posts, whether it's a response, a comment or a started discussion. Well, these are some tips I can give for you to be able to receive better number of responses. These are based on my experience here in myLot. Have a nice day! Happy myLotting!

Like me I respond to discussions rather than to create my own. It was hard to and make myself too long to think and write some topics coz I was tired when i'm home after work. And answering those discussions makes me easy for I can relate to their topics easily. But if I had a lot of times sending in front of my computer I can write my own discussions. ya that's right even i am also fed up of posting discussions. this work is really very-2 boring and i just generate fewer responses even if my topics are sensible. so right know what i like the most is the responding to discussions rather that initiate the discussion.

I will post discussions only when I think I have a brilliant one. I don't really start all that many, as I find it hard coming up with a topic that others will be interested reading about. I must mainly post responses to other discussions. There are soem users that must love posting discussions, as my inbox has been getting flooded with them lately, and the sad thing of it is, it is from dome of the same users who post lots of discussions everyday. I think basically, they are just trying to make as much as they can, and follow up with them. To me that is a big waste of time when they do that, and also, the more discussions they post, the less responses they will receive, as users will get tired of seeing the same user post one discussion after another. I know I am getting tired of it. I don't respond to them either, as I just let them go and ignore them. Some of the discussions are meaningless anyway, and sound dumb, well at least to me they do anyway. I would rather see a user post one good discussion a day and get respondes then post as much as they can, and get nothing. Maybe they will come to realize that they are wasting their time, especially if they get deleted. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

no i don't. it doesn't matter if we iniate a topic and it doesn't become a box office topic. i don't iniate much topic but i like to post my respond to my friends topic
