Hi ann, sorry for the delay, but due to USB broadband problem, I've been off the air for some time. In Melbourne, Australia, we have had the worst floods ever, with tennis ball size hailstones doing a lot of damage. While this doesn't compare with some of the carnege around the world, it does make us realize that God, through nature can be devestating.

dear mike, am having problems with my computer too hence i miss some responses. but when i get to see them, i comment back - even if a little late too. God can really show His power, doesnt He? hope and pray that what has been happening will heal the world and people realize there could be no other much powerful than Him. ann

with trust to God and carefulness it is indeed possible to surpass calamities. yes we were flooded multiple times last year but the water did not reach high enough to drown us. our food reserve diminished but relief goods were sent to us by generous arms of the government. the black outs were frequent yet the silence of the surrounding was worth it. with all the good that calamities provide im not so sure if it is something to cope up with.

dear cowboy, its so sad you had to experience the floods. but we all know that even how little, floods can do damage well off beyond our imagination. am happy though that nothing serious has been inflicted by it to you and your family. our area is far from flooding but the experience on el nino has not spared us here. the electric power had to be rationed and hence we get several hours a day without it. have a nice day. ann
