How much important is breakfast for you? What you eat to the breakfast usual? Until now, several years ago,i don t eat in the morning, drank only coffee, and was for me sufficiently until noon. So , because i had no energy in the morning , and because I feel sleepy, even if i sleep all night, I went to a nutritionist, I began to read and inform me, how much important is the breakfast, for someone active .. And my doctor, explained to me how important is the breakfast, he used to say, the morning meal is gold, the lunch is silver and dinner is lead. For several years I began to eat in the morning usually eat on boiled egg, a banana, a piece of cheese, a glass of orange juice and a coffee. This helps me to have the energy, and I need to eat at 4 , 5 in the afternoon when i go home, and in the the evening before 7 usually i eat a yogurt, a fruit, maybe a chicken salad, something very easy, so i can say the morning meal is most important to me. WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL BREAKFAST, WHAT YOU LIKE TO EAT IN THE MORNING?

Hi icesmile, Well, Breakfast is the breaking of your fast, eating something after having not eaten whilst you slept so it is very important. Many nutritionists claim breakfast is a very important meal, pointing to studies that have shown that people who eat breakfast tend to weigh less. Studies have shown a correlation between children and adolescents having breakfast and their not being overweight, despite the fact that they generally consumed more daily calories than those who skipped this meal. So that’s pretty cool. If you eat breakfast, you weigh less. It also helps you focus and thus do better either at school or work so it makes you smarter! So weigh less and be smarter.

Greetings Icesmile! I agree that breakfast is gold! For me its the most important meal of the day! And I also know that we never should skip dinner but eat something very light and not much! I usually eat cereal, yogurt, fruit, maybe a sandwich and left overs! Today in the morning I took a pill that helps not to be hungry and it worked so I didn't have breakfast and I regret it, I guess I'll better have the pill in the afternoon! It the first time in a long time I skip breakfast! I didn't like coffee very much, but my husband does so I'm starting to drink sometimes, mostly because I like how it smells and to wake up!! Hi, please don t take pills like that all are fake, try just don t eat bred, fat and sweets, and eat in the morning and lunch, not in the night; this is the best

Hey!! Its a nice punch line.. I never prefer skipping my breakfast. It is very important to stay healthy. Generally my breakfast consist of boiled eggs,sandwiches or bread toasts and some drinks like fruit juices,coffee or tea.I don't like milk. I never prefer heavy meals in the breakfast. But certainly a cup of coffee or tea is a must,I cannot start my day without it.

Another way to say it is to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper. They are all important to me though! I like a slice of whole grain bread with peanut butter on it. Then I drink a small box of juice with it! That's what I have almost every morning!

My favourite breakfast consists of scrambled eggs (soft and golden, can't beat it), toast, bacon, a few sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and a hash brown on the side with a nice dollop of brown sauce. Healthy? Perhaps not. Delicious? Hell yeah

For me breakfast is very important. I wake up everyday on 7 AM than I go wash and make breakfast. I can't imagine that I can eat potates and saussages. I usually eat some sandwiches and drink tea. Sometimes I eat hellogs corns with milk. I now better be if I everyday eat a slurry on breakfast. Lunch is important too usually I eat a strawberry pie with coffe. And on dinner I eat a potates and meal.

to lunch you eat pie and coffee? why not to eat a tomatoes in morning, with a piece of cheese, or a fruit(any way, tomatoes are fruits), have a lot of vitamins for all day;

Oh ! yes Never miss out on a breakfast for it is the energy source which builds you up for the day. Lunch it is like the king - eat out as much as you need. Dinner - it is like a beggar - devour only what you should have,,,,

i am not also a morning eater. just like most of us here, a cup of coffee will be enough for me to last until the noon time. but there are such days that i really can't take the hunger, usually when i came from drinking the night before. so i take a heavier breakfast. it should be rice meal for me. more often when i eat breakfast, i have fried egg or something meaty.

no matter how i wish to take breakfast i really cant coz i normally wake up 1pm and so i eat a lot during lunch and dinner. i know breakfast is most important meal but im still sleeping during that time unless im a rich girl where my maid will come to my room with foods and wake me up to eat how i wish

hie icesmile, eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince and eat dinner like a pauper. why, after dinner we are going to rest, sleep and dream. if we eat too much, the food is not used as energy as we are sleeping and are store as excess. the breakfast, we must eat like a king as we have the whole day ahead to work hard or study hard or even do both. we need the calories and the energy and therefore more rich food and for lunch, eat like a prince as we have half a day more to slog, thus we dont need that much food. there you are, thats me with my eating habit. at times, this cycle goes haywire like on weekend, i get up late and have brunch. then there is the dinner invitation like a reunion dinner, a family gathering, a wedding dinner where i tend to over eat. overall i stay within my limits.

Hi, you are quite right. I live in three meal regular before, but not now. I hope I can live before life, breakfast at 8 am, lunch at 12:30, and supper at 19:00. But now I changed my job. I must work on night until 23:00. So I get up very late every day. I have breakfast at 11:00, lunch at during 16:00---19:00. Very not good for healthy. What can I do?

though, i am in bodybuilding also, hence i understands the need and requirement of food and meal, either breakfast, lunch, evening tea with snacks(i don't take it) and supper(dinner), as far as my knowledge is concerned particularly regarding your perception towards this discussion is little bit upto the benchmark, its a standard that we should have to follow, also i am taking a day fast in a week since last 7 years

i do agree with your title but i do in the reverse order . i wont eat in the morning . i will find no time in the morning and so i wont have my breakfast . if i have it my favourite item will be poori and channa masala . its my favourite dish . but i eat in the lunch and in the night . and i do eat in the evenings at times and on most of the times i wont eat in the night if i eat in the evenings .

hmmm... breakfast start your day right and health i take may breakfast in the office. coffee, noodles and biscuits i only take(eat) food that can supply my hunger in the morning, so that may tummy will have a fuel all morning. till the lunch and dinner will come so that i'll finish may day right til i go to sleep and have some rest for tomorrow

I agree with you. The breakfast is the most important meals. I never skip the breakfast even if I am in a hurry. I will still eat something on the way. I don't like being hungry in the morning. It will have a negative effect on my work. I love China

I KNOW breakfast is important, and some argue the most important meal of the day. But I continue to stick with my coffee. Lunch...I usually pass on that too. About midday is when I start looking for a sandwich, soup, fruit... I know I've got it all wrong, but I continue to do it anyway.
