How often do you have arguments with your family members? What is the cause?

Salute, fellow myLotters! Everyone of us has had arguments in his/her life. Sometimes the reason of argument isn't clear, or just doesn't exist, fight starts from the growing tension. But sometimes there are some serious problems between people and arguments are inevitable. I've also had an argument with one of my family members lately. And now, when I think back on that fight, I can say there really was no reason for having that fight. I usually don't argue with my family members, but in rare cases such fights do take place. What about you? Do you often have arguments with you family and what is the main cause for them? I know that some people argue about what to watch on TV or who is going to do the dishes...

One my greatest blessings is having wonderful parents, brothers and sisters.Argumentation in our family has not been a big issue because we were reared with love, patience and discipline.Differences among family members is really normal but as we grow up and become matured we learned to give way and think of the welfare of others. That's why I am not used to have a conflict with others.I'd rather humble myself and give way than having a long misunderstanding with someone. In argumentation or conflict, the real cause I believe is the absence of love and understanding and its antidote is the same, love and understanding.Pride a very dangerous one in maintaining a harmonious relationship should be avoided.Have a wonderful day!

I also have arguments rarely. I agree with you. Discipline and mutual understanding is very important in family life. Members of the family must take into consideration the interests and needs of other members. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!:)

i dont argue with my family nor even my siblings coz we have our own task. our parents give us our daily task to do. like before i will be the one to do the cleaning, then my brother will be the one to wash the dishes and etc. if we want to watch television who ever use television first will be the one who control it so if i he goes first and if i dont like what his watching then i will just do othe things, same as in other things, whoever use first but if its important then the other one must give way. besides our parents used to tell us that if theres someone who can help and protect us then it will be our siblings specially if my parents are already gone.

I like the way your family life is organized. Everyone has his/her own duties, so there is no fight about the tasks to be completed. I find these rules (including the rule for using TV) very fair. Thanks for responding!:)

I get home late from work and then I watch TV about people who make a few million dolars off the internet and I'm thinking 'what?' and then nobody does the dishes lol.
