I don't like facebook that much...i'll tell you why.

Hi no offense intended to those facebook addicts...but honestly I don't like facebook that much. Although I have been a faceboo user since 2007, I still don't find the idea why people gets soo hooked up with it. I have kept this for a long time because I thought facebook is a good way with communicating with friends...it serves true in this manner but lately I'm not soo fond of facebook anymore. Why? because there is so limited privacy settings with facebook accounts. When i have pictures with my friends and i look terrible, i have no choice but to be tagged and if i just remove the tag my friend will get offended. Plus, it seems like anyone is entitled to see my pictures despite of my private settings. Compared to other social sites facebook has the worst privacy settings possible. I really do hope they could do something with this. No harm intended, this is just my opinion. Feel free to express your feelings here. I just did mine. Thanks.

I am a facebook addict but it's okay... but now I am not really visiting there... I have my reasons too. I am not more on picture postings... but I am more addicted on the games, I find facebook enjoyable with its several nice games... but lately I found out that one of their games loads so slow I get frustrated... so I shifted my time more her on mylot....

Yes, I found out with all my friends... they visited facebook for games... not really for communicating friends because there is friendster... but I don't know if we have to pay for a higher challenge... that info new to me... thanks anyway...

Yeah I noticed that a bulk of facebook fans are addicted to their games...but some games you'll have to pay in order to move on with a much higher challenge. Aside from that there are games there which you can play outside facebook.

Hi, I am sort of addicted to facebook because of the games. It's quite fun especially my friends who are working playing it and we have common topics to share.
One of the main possibilities (I think is) that many users are hooked onto facebook is because users can access facebook even during working hours.
However, just like MSN, companies has moved one level up and blocked access to facebook, twitter etc.

yeah that's it..it's not even healthy when you have facebook at work. THere are a lot of articles stating that they lost their job because of facebook. No offense here warvial...happy mylotting.

Hi hapsicordable1, no offense taken :) Agree that if you are too addicted to facebook, it might led to less time for work. But I would be happier to have them at work. At least if MSN is not allow, I can still stay connected with people using facebook. I guess it's just that overdosage of such social networking sites really upsets organization.

Thank you for sharing your feelings here in mylot.
For me, I like to use facebook since many of my are using this. I can reach my friend easily using facebook, It also has many interesting apps/games for us. The most important part is that we can play in the same game and compete each other. So, I really like facebook.
How about others? What do you think?

I understand...as I said earlier, facebook is interesting only because of their games...but in the profile area...the wallposts are just irritating.

i used to like fb but due to privacy issues i kinda stop using it. someone can stalk you using info in your facebook account and interview all your friends. duh... i love my lot now besides i earn when i use the site which is really cool! there is a variety of discussions as well that fb does not have.
