It is now March 2010 and I know a lot of people have not lasted through even the first quarter of the year. New Years eve was a long time ago now. Do you even remember what you resolved to do? I do, I resolved to join a couple of online income groups, I dropped one, still doing the other and I have personally sponsored over 20 people so far. I also resolved to drop some pounds and tone and firm my body. Am I still at it? You bet! I have lost a few pounds, not as much as I would like but I am still striving toward my goal. In fact I spent over an hour yesterday working out, and I feel great! I am beginning to see the difference not just on the scale but in the mirror and this encourages me to go at my weight loss and fitness goals with more enthusiasm and commitment than ever! How about you? Tell the truth, what did you resolve to do this year? Are you doing it? If not, what is your excuse for abandoning your self improvement goal? ARe you still at it and beginning to reap the rewards 3 months in? Let me know.

Well those were two very hard resolutions to keep. And fast food is not neccessarily "junk food" depending on what you eat. Junk food is hollow callories like cookies, candies, cakes, and pies. As for studying yes you should do it sooner as we all should when we are young, but everything else just seems so much more immediate and important.

I was just thinking about this the other day. Here we are already going into the third month of the year. I made three resolutions and I track my progress with them every week. My first resolution was to get some things done in my house and sell or lease it so that we could move out of state this summer. I'm doing great on that one. I replaced all of the flooring in the house, had it painted inside and out and had a major re-landscaping job done in the back yard. The house was listed 2/9 and we're going to give it until May. If we haven't sold it by then, we will put in up for lease. My second resolution was to write a mystey novel and get it published this year. I am on track with the first goal of writing 50 pages per month and a tentative completion date of 6/1. My third resolution is the one that I'm having the most trouble with. I want to lose 25 lbs this year. I did great in January and went absolutely nuts in February. I got weighed this morning and the end result is that I've taken off 3 lbs since the first of the year. I'm jumping back on the wagon today. My goal was to lose a pound a week so I'm way behind. Exercise is what is responsible for the weight loss that I've had. I exercise six days a week, weight training and cardio. Right about now, you probably feel great as a result of the exercise. Keep it up. Good luck

Oh I don't even know when I quit. I was going to lose weight and exercise and quit junk food. None has happend. My reason, I'm not motivated. I feel too lazy and on top of it all my son doesn't let me.But I think I need to commit to atleast some schedule of exercise as I feel so sluggish.
