The Bee Gees ruled Disco music. Their music triggers a lot of memories, some good, some not so good. Did you dance the night away to Night Fever?

I wish that I can say that I did however, I wasn't born until 1978 and even if I had been born earlier.... I was born into a country that was communist so I would still not have heard it. :(

I was born in 1967 and danced to a lot of the Bee Gees songs. I can remember as a family dancing to the soundtrack of Saturday Night Fever. Whenever I hear one of their songs I remember having a blast with my family. Even though my family was very dysfunctional we all enjoyed music and dancing.

Those were the good old days. Roller Disco thats what I did to all that funky music. The skating rink was like my second home I was there about 5 or 6 nights a week. All my friends would meet there and have a blast together. It sure brings back memories of jr. high and high school.

I don't know how I missed this discussion. Disco music happens to be one of my favorite types of music, even today. The Bee Gees are one of my favorite artists from that era. I used to twirl baton and once we twirled to the song "You should be dancing". Oh, the memories. I think I still have the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever in this house somewhere. Every once in awhile the movie comes on tv and I will still watch it.

Whenever one of their tunes comes on the radio, I am compelled to crank it up! I sing in my loudest voice. I don't care who hears me. It brings me joy.

The Bee Gees were great and so was Disco. I am kind of strange I guess I like BOTH Rock and Disco. Don't forget the Bee Gees also starred in Sergeant Peppers Lonely Heart Club Band. It was on last month and unlike some of the older movies it was till just as enjoyable this time around as it was when it first came out!

Oh, I used to love the bee gee's. I do the same when they come on the radio...crank it up and wail like a banshee...lol I have lot's of 70's cd's it was a great time for music. Of course I also liked the 60's and 80's. Now I mostly listen to country, but still like the oldies. My favorite singer is Bob Seager though.

I wish I was born about 15-20 years earlier, so that I could have experienced the disco movement. I really enjoy this genre of music, especially the Bee Gees. I was born in 1978, so I missed it the first time around. Now, I listen to them as often as I can! And, I most definately do dance (and sing) the night away listening to Night Fever, and all my other favorite Bee Gees songs!
