I want pop up's!

Actually I want to put them on my web page. I have heard of advertising sites that will pay web and blog owners to put pop-up's on their sites. I found one so far but it seems the site is abandoned, the last time the owner posted anything in the "news" ticker was in 07'. Does anyone know of other sites like this?
