Yoga& haealth,both are a words related to health but by the help of yogasans,or practicing yoga daily one can keep him/herself haelthy,see actually has many means as i dont know much of it but whatever i know is,i do let discuss with u,firstly every one says to drink a lot of water everyday(Atleast 8lts)as concerned water is also a good therapy to keep yourself healhty,as yoga is concerned,There R many asan in it to do,Like prayanam is most popular and easy in it,Then there is nauasan,ardhnau asan& many more,Which u will come to know when u meets a yoga teacher who is a wellknown trainer of yoga,Yoga makes us healthy and keeps us fit&fine,as one will have good health,He will we able to think betterr,work better and will stay a better and happy life ever

Many people say yoga is good for health and keep you fit. Good for many things like, control over BP, sugar, stress, depression etc.., and many are showing through the TV also. By watching TV and doing is there any benefit, or shall we go to a tutor? Is any bad side effects are there if we didnot do correctly, the position and the breathing etc.?

Yoga is nothing,,,,,,, but a technic to keep safe and healthy our body by controlling our breathe,,, well,,, it is necessary to control ourself in any situation but if we will not able to control our mental situation or our thoughts than it will be very difficult to us,... so in this way,,, yoga is a complete therapy to control ourselves. One can live without medicine, or even Doctor after doing yoga or Asan. Because it is a complete food for our soul,for our body necessity, for our internal infrastructure also. Today there are so many channals like Shardha, Aastha or Divya, that are showing so many programmes to keep us fit and how to control or manage our life. Baba Ramdev is a big piller for constructing this idea to world.

yoga it traditional indian styl to keep body feet.....it has different posture of body we have to keep thm for sm mintutes.....if we do it daily....we can be fit always........its really god for health n easy...n keep u fit without any expence....like u pay in gym.....etc......save ur money n start yoga....
