Must you enjoy life before it melts?

Life is not an ice cream cone - What life means to you; do you compare it to an ice cream cone, that must you enjoy it before it melts?

"The devil has put a penalty on all things we enjoy in life. Either we suffer in health or we suffer in soul or we get fat", said Albert Einstein. What life means to you; do you compare it to an ice cream cone, that must you enjoy it before it melts?

That's why I don't chose cones when I pick up ice cream. I always pick a cup. I want to enjoy it, yet I still want it contained that I don't make a mess of it. Same in life, I chose to place every little step I do in little containers. I get to enjoy some of the fun, but if something terribly goes wrong I don't mess up everything. Or in the ice cream analogy, if everything heats up, the melted cream stays on the cup, and not on my shirt.

Life to me is something temporary.. While I do feel I should enjoy the different moments in life yet if I am unable to do so I shall have no regrets. Life to me is a school where i have come to learn. It is not a pub or a disco where we come to enjoy ourselves full scale. Rather it is like a garden where we are like gardeners. If we tend to the plants and the soil it will reap rewards for us and we can enjoy our brief stay here before going Home. If we are careless and cause its destruction we shall be the sufferers and will also have lots to answer for on our Return.
