Do you work out?

Exercise has been my hobby and passion since I was a kid.. Sometimes, my parents would have to remonstrate me that I was spending too much time for working out than for studies... I still exercise... Moreover, the new office that I am going to work with, from tomorrow; has got a gymnasium for its employees... Such a luck!!! :) Do you exercise? How do you feel? Why, do you think, one should exercise? Please share your opinions... Have fun!

I work out all days ,i really love gym and jog, you should try "swim" it's a complete exercise . I'm studying sports and science so it's really good to learn and teach and try to show people is really good sports. Keep fit and have good health , remember when u are young try to mantain your body health because when u will be old you can be the same and all the things u do now , in future you are going to see the change.

I used to work out a lot back in my uni days. Not so frequent after I started working. My belly have grown a lot and my friends and family members often teased me if I am pregnant or something. After I get my project done, I'm going to do some serious training and get myself a six pack ..... Cheers

Exercise is good for our health, as is a truth universally acknowledged. It makes our body strong and helps us to feel energetic. I used to work out at least four times a week. But now i don't have that much time and can only work out at the weekend. Anyway, i take every opportunity to exercise.

good for you coz you really took it seriously. i dont work out but i do exercise everyday before just a simple warm up or stretching. i guess its good for the guys to maintain those muscles coz i saw a lot of married guys losses theirs abs when they got married, and even got a big belly. same as women actually .

Hi... Thanks for sharing... Yes, I know some married guys who have lost their butch looks.. Some of them have lost the respect of their spouses too.. It is strange and shocking, but its true!

Regular exercise help one in staying fit and healthy. So exerciseing is must for all those who want to stay fit. I do not do work out to that a great extent, But I yook walk and do YOGAs regularly, Frequently i do cycling also.

Oh these small exercises are really fruitful and good for health... Cycling.. or YOGA (the best ever) or simple walking... It involves a lot of pumping of heart and the results are wonderful... :) Thank you for sharing... Have fun!
