how many hours do you sleep in a day?

i always hear sleep is very important , but how many hours is enough? different age need to sleep different hours like a child need to sleep more than adult person , if you sleep not enough will make you can not concentrate to your work .so how about you ?how many hours do you sleep in a day ?and how many hours do you think it is the best for a human system ?

enough rest or sleep should be 6-10 hours a day for an adult...no of hours required for a good sleep depends on the age of the person....i usually sleep for about 6-7 hours...i go to bed at 10:30 to 11:00 in the evening and wake up at 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning....

Sleep is very important, but sadly I only get to sleep for less than 8 hours these days. I dont have anything to do anymore at around 11 pm but I cant sleep during that time. The only time I can sleep is around 12-1 am. Its actually difficult because my biological clock is already like that. I sleep only for a few hours but I always make sure I get a nap for less than an hour during the day because if I cant then that means I am going to have a headache and I will feel very weak.

as what they said, 8 hours is the required sleep. people become more sleepy and more lazy if they sleep more than that. same as if we sleep only for few hours. 5 to 8 hours is already ok. in my case. i sleep more hours coz im pregnant as i always feel so sleepy so i need to sleep from time to time even just a nap.

After having my lunch i go to sleep for 2 hours i feel relax.

it may vary to the age. I think children have to have eight to ten hours. And adults must have at least seven hours. But for me, I should have 10 hours of sleep or else I'll mess up the whole day.

I sleep minimum 6 to 8 hours. I think that to sleep for a long time is not right. We can get rest after getting 6 hours sleep. This habit is the best for all human system.

normal adults need to sleep for 8 hours, but some people, either because the activities or because of an illness, rarely able to sleep for 8 hours ... I always try sleep for 8 hours, because sleep is one of my hobby

I'm a working girl so when I come to my office I feel so tired I like to take nice sleep so I think 8 hours is enough for me.
