will you read during travelling?

I used to read when I went somewhere all the time when I was younger. These days, I haven't done it as much as I would like. I actually meant to go by the library today to check out a book to take with me tomorrow but I completely forgot and now the library is closed unfortunately (tomorrow I won't have time).

I love reading but if I was travelling somewhere I had never been before, I think I would want to see what was around me, unless it was totally boring, of course.

I used to read while travelling, but later i learned that reading during travelling does great harm to mug eyesight, so i stopped doing that. Now i prefer listening to music during travelling.

I love to read.I don't think it's a waste to read while on vacation.There's all sorts of things to read.I don't go a day without reading.I think it's great to read when ever one feels like it.

I always read while traveling, why waste my time just looking out the window? Of course there are different types of situations. For example, if I'm crossing through a new city, or some interesting sights I will put my book away and enjoy the view, but if we are driving on the highway there is nothing interesting to see so I keep reading. I always choose interesting books, not to hard to follow because there are many distractions.

Oh,i don't think it's a good ideal.I believe reading needs a good mood,so i read books in my spare time when i am feeling wll.

no, dear i cannot read when i travel some where because it effect on my eyes when ever i start reading my eyes started paining.

Well according to me it depends upon the situation, the place where we are, place we are heading towards and one of the most important aspect that with whom we are travelling....... this all conditions makes us to do what we do while travelling, whether it is sight seeing or sleeping or reading......... so nothing wrong in reading but putting the entire time in reading is wastage of time.................. and travelling.... one more aspect is what are we reading.. lol
