I want to know an estimate of the percent of the users who use certain browsers in myLot. I am currently using Firefox to write this. What browser are you using?

I'm using Safari these days. It came on my iMac, so that's what use the most in the last few years. I do have Firefox and Opera on here too. Both of these have more features, and maybe even somewhat more user friendly, but I'm gone back to Safari because of some compatibility issues, and it also seems faster. Kinda stinks, though, as I have most of my bookmarks froma few years ago on the other two browsers.

I haven't worked much with Safari but with all browsers you can import bookmarks from other browsers. Just export your bookmarks to HTML from Firefox and Opera, and then in Safari you import this HTML file. It should work.

I am using Internet Explorer 7. I've used both Internet Explorer 8 and also Firefox since I've had this computer and both of them seem to run pretty buggy with my computer so I have just gone back to what I consider to be my old, reliable browser. I tend to just stick with whatever I find that it is that works for me and this is what works for me.

Hi MystertyGuy, after shifting from the former one to firefox browser I have never changed my browser anymore. I have set the automatic upgraded button. Therefore I'm happy that it will keep on upgrading to the latest version without doing any thing. And save trouble as well. I like to open several tabs at the same time when reading and typing post here. Really convenient Happy posting

I used to use Internet Explorer until my husband convinced me otherwise. I now use FireFox because I think it is way better for what I need on the Internet. I'm glad I switched over! I hope your experiment proves successful and provides you with the information you need! Thanks, my friend.

Firefox of course. It is much more customizable than IE. I don't know Chrome, but my friends say that there are many compatibility issues, and I don't like having 3 browsers installed in my computer. Firefox is very stable, unlike IE, but it starts up quite slowly :(

Hi MysteryGuy! I am probably one of the only people here that uses my AOL browser! I started out on the Internet with only a dial-up AOL connection and got so used to it that I found that when I did get my high speed connection I just was more comfortable keeping AOL as my startup browser! I do have both Internet Explorer and Firefox and use them occasionally for other things, but I just find AOL to be my first choice! And it is probably not the best one since it definitely has issues! I am really thinking about trying Internet Explorer for awhile to see if those "issues" change!

I'm using Firefox. I prefer it over explorer. Pages load faster and I don't have near the problems like I used to with explorer.

Firefox is the browser that I am using when I read this topic. It is the browser that I use when I read most topics in fact. The more I use Firefox, the more I enjoy using it. It is something that I use ninety five percent of the time when I am on the Internet. It just getting better and better. I have tried other browsers, but none of them come close to comparing with the greatness that is Firefox. So Firefox is the browser that I use, as I do most of the time when I am on the Internet. I really detest the five percent of the time where I have to use other, more inferior browsers, such as Internet Explorer to get my work done. Talk about a browser that has gone downhill. Still, Firefox is my favorite and it only appears to be getting better, which is what you really want in your Internet browser.
