Election is fast approaching so do you have already in mind of the personalities that you will elect this coming May especially to the highest position in the government, the president. It is very important to know the presidentiable candidates in order to scrutinize if they really deserve the position. As a first time voter, I feel excited to vote aside from the fact that it will be in computerization manner. In our university, there wee series of talks and forums by some of the candidates for president such as Teodoro, Estrada, Gordon, Villar and Villanueva. It is nice to hear their plataforms and meet them in person speaking in front of a very huge crowd of students. But wait, is the way they delivered their speech will be our basis in voting them? Do you really know them well? Do they really want to serve their countrymen? tHUS, i'M NOT YET SURE OF MY BET IN THE PRESIDENT POSITION... wOULD ANYoNE HELP ME TO DECIDE? Any suggestion please? thanks

I would vote Aquino but sometime I want Teodoro for President. But since Aquino has higher ratings, maybe I'll vote Aquino. :o

Just an advice autumndreamer, don't depend on the presidential candidates popularity, or ratings or surveys, make some research on the net about those candidates, don't believe all in their TV campaign coz most of them are fake. Watch some of the canditate's debates, you can watch it in youtube.

Friends have one thing in common. Good and BAD. You know who are "friends" on those candidates. They all share a common desire. Corruption. I'll pick the ones whom is independent amongst the rest.

Unfortunately, I cannot vote this coming May Election coz I forgot to register in Philippine Embassy here in Korea. If ever I can vote, I want RICHARD GORDON to be our next president in Philippines. Search some videos where you can find lots of presidential debates.I think,it will help you to decide who will you vote.

The question you would like to ask yourself is this, who among the candidates can you put your trust on to lead our country for the next 6 years? Who has the capacity to do so? Who has a track record that suggest that he will not betray your trust? And who has a clear goal/platform of governance? Out of the 10 presidential candidates, my personal pick is Mr. Eddie Villanueva. Although I am not a member of his JIL movement, I believe that out of all the candidates he has the clearest platform and goal: "6 years of no corruption in the government". I believe it is high time we choose someone who can make a stand against the corruption that has become a tradition in our politics. And the only way of doing that is by choosing someone who has undeniable credibility and someone who has not been stained by the dirty system. Upon analyzing his platform deeper, i found out that it is not an empty slogan but a blueprint to eliminate the root of corruption and uplift the quality of life in the country. Among the presidential candidates, the LEAST i would recommend would be Manny Villar. Being a resident of Las PiƱas, i have witnessed how even the employees in the Municipal Building despise him. How can he promise wellness for the whole country when he never delivered wellness in his own city?
