I don't know about that. All I know is that brocolli has a LOT of health benefits for our body. My mom regularly eats brocolli.

Broccoli should be eaten in small doses as it contains Vitamin K which is responsible for blood clot coagulation.

I don't think so, but it's very good for your colon.

Fish fillet with Brocolli - Food plate
Does eating too much broccoli makes your blood thicker? Well dear certainly not! I'm talking through experience. Maybe I am one person who have eaten and have been continuously eating broccoli and in big quantities. But never did I have problem with blood thickening. I can't eat my favorite fish fillet without steamed broccoli on the side and broccoli is one veggie that is always present in my every meal. This is one very nutritious veggie so this is one among the many veggies I regularly consume. Nevertheless, never did I have any issue about my blood. I am well and healthy and my blood condition is excellent.
