How do you define a healthy life style?

..hi fellows.. I have been reading discussions about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, however, there was not a given explanation of what a healthy life style means.. If you were to be asked, how would you define it? does it concern diet?

Sometimes the biological age does not match the original appearance, it is due to unhealthy eating patterns. Modern lifestyle by eating junk food. Not only that, everything is available to make people lazy to move it renders all very eased. These methods are usually quite simple, but sometimes we are reluctant to do so. There are many bad consequences that will arise if you do not run a healthy lifestyle, such as obesity and increased risk of various types of diseases. Today organs inside your body may still work well. But the next few years you do not know what will happen. All cells in the body aging, therefore from now on learn to run a healthy lifestyle. Anything you can do? Drinking enough water. Many of us do not like to drink water. Water is essential to maintain the metabolism in the body. Are you in that 60% of our body is water? Water played a vital role in maintaining the performance of the organs in the body. It also serves for the distribution of nutrients, oxygen, and help the cleaning process impurities in the body. The body loses water every day, either by breathing, urine, or other. Therefore inadequate body's need to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Enough sleep. If you lack sleep, your body reacts by wanting more food. If the entry is a healthy food is not a problem, then what if you are always eating junk food? This will cause major problems for your health. Therefore, adequate sleep every day. Sign enough sleep is that you do not feel sleepy during the move. Meditate. Meditation has many benefits for both physical and mind. Meditation helps calm the mind over the body and make us relax. It is not difficult to meditate. You just need to find a quiet place, then sat cross-legged, close your eyes and let all the tension disappears from your mind. The key to successful meditation is not to force the mind to calm down. Just let your mind flow, but try to stay focused on one thing only. The more often practiced, the easier you also concentrate and eventually you will be able to control the mind. Exercise. If you can do only once or twice a week, but every day. Research shows that exercise has many health benefits, such as reducing the risk of various diseases, improve bone strength, lose weight, and increase our longevity.

How informative! That's really a great way to observe a healthy lifestyle. We should always remember that health is wealth so we might as well protect ourselves from free radicals and other foods that could destroy our health.

raynejasper, a healthy lifestyle would be without any ailment and a fit body to boot, literally. however, it takes a lot to have a healthy lifestyle -- regular exercise that builds and sustains one's mental and physical capacities, a good diet that provides enough food to sustain the tip-top body and mind, and no vices to pollute an already clean body. what more could one ask for. but hardly do we think of a healthy lifestyle when we were a lot younger and felt invulnerable.

healthy lifestyle for me are those who did not drink and smoke, even if they are stress from work, they can just go straight to home. even if they dont exercise at least they watch out for their food, they rather want to go out of town to feel the fresh air. and they sleep on time.

hi raynejasper, healthy lifestyle is what you do and eat in a balance manner. and according to what i have read - about "healthy lifestyle" - that a healthy person doesn't smoke, is at healthy weight and do some exercises, eats a lot of fruits. the outcome of a better life style habits can help you reduce your risk for heart attack, according to the "american heart association" which i have read. hope you are enlighten with this. happy mylotting.

Fore me a healthy diet are merely maintaining a good food intake like eating more fruits & vegetables then adding to it, must have a daily exercises. That's a clearly good healthy lifestyle so simple yet very beneficial to our body and that makes us grow, glow healthy everyday.
