You afraid to get old? You want to have somebody to drink your morning coffee, with who you can talk to someone with who can do long walks with your dog? Do you think all we need someone with whom we get older? Or not? Old age is when you begin to turn out the light of the economy and not romantic . Everybody gets older. It does not take talent or skill. The idea is to evolve, constantly identifying opportunities that are hidden in the heart of change. Do not regret anything. Those who are already elderly do not regret what they did, but rather what they did not.

Getting older is really something graceful. That too getting older along with the person with whom you have shared everything for quite a long time(my spouse of course), is something even more graceful. I look forward to get old, as I feel that the time of responsibilities would have been ended, and we could have time for ourselves. I am seeing that kind of life led by my parents and would love to follow that foot step, yes indeed enjoying morning cup of coffee with a news paper in hand and reading out loud to each other that day's news and discussing things that we have come across. Oh I wish I get older sooner.

My husband is 35 years older than I am, so it's not likely he'll be around whe I am old, but otherwise, we love the time we've already had together, and the rest of our time together (I'm only 28, and he should be around for a few more decades) will be wonderful. If i am alone in old age, atleast I'll kow that I've had someone special. I may even find someone special again if I should lose my husband, but I won't kow until I get there. Either way, I am not worried.

yes. i want to get old with someone i love and truly want to be with for so long.. i think i already found him. for me it would be lonely to be alone and not have someone to accompany you and be patient to talk to you all the time. i once told my partner that if ever we'll get old i hope that i die before him as i wouldn't know what to do without him in my life. i pray to God to give us good health and will stay together.

Hi, it's good to be wise, and people respect you for what you know and what you learn in life. Old age is a state of mind. We can not know what happens tomorrow, but over the years, hen we're old. Life is full of surprises, the most beautiful thing I saw in my life were two old people in the park, hand in hand, eyes eye.

Getting older; well age is just for the body not for the mind. That would always stay young but our body would grow older day by day. Being aged is good in a way free from all the responsibilities and time to be with yourself and loved ones and to enjoy the relationships until and unless you are with the people who love you equally the same way you do. There is a book written i don't remember the authors name "Life begins after 60" may be we need to give a read to this one. Whatever comes our way we should develop the attitude of accepting that's the only go.

I have asked this question many times, but I think I don t found the answer that yet, but starting to think that alone is not good to grow older, i should be with someone in old age who was there who share my life, talking every day, but only if that person deserve to be with me. It is not better to make a desperate act, only the fear that you will be alone. I agree, but only with appropriate person.

i guess everyone want to get old with someone with them to laugh with and to talk with and to hug and to kiss with. specially if they are both old already and already retired from work while their kids are all married. i dont think theres someone who want to get old without anyone with them even just with their children.

While the physical aspects of aging can be daunting and quite the challenge, the joy of wisdom that (hopefully) comes with age is great. God said, "It is not good for man to be alone" and He made us creatures of relationship - first with Him and then with our family and larger community. While it would be ideal to grow old with a lifelong mate, that seems to be happening less and less. But, companionship with anyone in your family, even a pet, makes life easier. And then, there are good friends. Life can be lonely, especially for those without a good support system. Then again, I have always liked rocking chairs, with a baby in my arms or a pet on my lap.

I enjoy every second of my life! I'm a boy want to be alone, but I think I would enjoy my older life with my loved girl! I think when I'm old, there are so much time for me to do what I want to do, such as writing, inventing!By the way, if you do what you want to do during your youth, there are no pities even though you don't do them good or success!

Hey friend, Though I'm not old, but not afraid to be aged. If I turn alone in my old age, I won't be unhappy to be old. Because I'll get a great opportunity to recall Allah, my creator again and again and feel happy, comfortable and peaceful for the rest of my life. May Allah give us all new hope of living. Have a cheerful day.

Nobody can avoid getting old, so it's really no use to be afraid of it. I know that as one gets older, the need for companionship increases. In my neighborhood, it is common to see groups of elderly people get together for morning exercise, breakfast, and chitchatting. Naturally, with the coming of old age, one will have lots of time reminiscing about the past. Let's just hope that when old age comes, we can live happily and beautifully for the rest of our lives.

I find it hard to be my age. Difficult not to dance to a good beat. Hard not to sneak that quick single in cricket. Basically, my mind is still in my 20's or 30's and the body is in the 60's. But then I am fit. I have no big medical problems. Maybe if I was ill all the time then I will slow down. But till then, life is all go go go as it has been since my teens. Old age beautiful? Well mentally maybe but physically no - I am no beauty now but maybe I never was! haha I would recommend getting older with a lover, friend and companion. It is really good for the soul. It is good to share the variety of life with your wife of 40 years.

I'm still young and I don't want to think old now. I think whatever our ages are, it's a good decision to enjoy every moment in life if we could. But I guess it's true that we'll turn off the light of economy and romance (some of us will...maybe not)..But I don't really care right now

I'm not really afraid to get old, I would just like to stay young. And yes I really hope I will find a person that will share old age with me, the thought of being old and alone scares me, I like to be on my own many many times, but for now I am young, I can fully take care of myself and if I feel like I can call my friends and hang out with them, when old, I surely will not want to bother my children too much, I will not be able to do everything and old people most of the times need help, and maybe it is not possible to call friends to hang out with...so someone to give me company sounds perfect to me.
