Hello there mylotters...
It's been a long time since I made a discussion...:D
So, what's the book's genre u usually read?
In my case, I especially love reading classic, romantic novels like "The Fallen
Angel", "To Tame a Wolf" and etc... Even though i think its not yet suitable for my age
to read these kinds of books because of some mature contents, they're really worth
reading...lol
I also like reading mysterious books like "The Count of Monte Cristo" by Alexander
Dumas... "The strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" and etc...
So, how about you?
Have a nice day to all!..:D

I read a lot of fantasy and crime, especially Medieval crime. I started with the brother Cadfael series and have read several after that, still haven't found one that I like as much though. I've also read all the book Alexandre Dumas, I liked the Count of Monte Cristo but I prefer the three musqeteers. I also read authors like Dickens, Laxness, etc. I'm not very fond of Norwegian contemporary literature but I've read some of the classics we have (Ibsen, Undset). Then there's comic books and science, I read a lot of both.

It's not one, it's ten :-) It's three triologies and one single book, so if you like them you have something to read for a while. At the same time as I read about everything I could find of Alexandre Dumas I also read everything I could find of Jules Vernes. Have you read any of his books? Some of them are very early science fiction, other more adventures. I like them a lot, I've planned to get some in French so I can practice a bit.

I love reading thrillers and science fiction. My favorite authors are Sydney Sheldon and Isaac Asimov. I suggest you to read "If tomorrow comes" by Sydney Sheldon. You would want to read all the novels by him. He has written a couple of mystery novels like "Windmills of the Gods", "Bloodline" and "Rage of Angels". But "If tomorrow comes is" the best

Mainly I read Fantasy and I really enjoy high fantasy (Fantasy that takes place all in its own world like Lord of the Rings). I'll occausionally read other genres but they don't really interest me much anymore. I think the only genres I actively stay away from are horror and romance.
