hi guys i want some help from you.... i reached my minimum payout 3 days back and when i requested for cashout... it is given that it needs 3 days time to verify my account and then i can cash out...today my account is verified and when i clicked cashout it is given 2 options alertpay and paypal when i clicked alertpay/paypal the page is getting refereshed but nothing is happened.. what should i do now? help me.

I recieved my money immediatly, but had to ask for it exactly at the time the site says to do it. It seems that they pay a certain amount everyday and not more. If you have problems, I suggest you check on the steps to follow at the forum: there are many hints on how to do things at the saite.

Have you tried asking at the forum? The only thing I have learned about forums is that you have to be VERY respectful.

I too had this problem. This depends on limit of cashout requested on that day. If the limit is not reached for that particular day, you can cashout at that time. Try to cashout as early as possible after server restarts. Try it two or three days or more. You will get it soon. I did the same and got my payment.
Only the statement "Instant" is not clear for me. Instant is done when we allowed to cashout. But allowing to cashout is not done instantly.

I am having the same problem. It's been two months that I haven't got back the site because I already tried many times to cashout. Its quite hard if you will keep up the time stated there. I hope someone would give some light to this problem. Now I can't even login again.

Palmbux has been having issues for some time. I quit them awhile ago.
But, to answer your question....
From what I understand from reading other boards, you can only cash out starting at 0:00 server time for about 20 minutes.
