Check Or Paypal? What Is Your favorite Way To Be Paid?

When I first started earning on line I joined mostly survey sites. The majority of these pay in checks. Then as I started ptc's I found that they mostly paid in paypal. At first I prefered the checks until I saw that I could get a debit card through paypal. Now if I had my way all my sites would send my money into my paypal account. It's just so much easier and faster this way. No having to go to the bank, deposit in paypal and done. It would seem to me that it would also be easier for all sites to pay this way but I'm sure they have their reasons. If you could choose what payment method would you prefer?

For the most part I use PayPal and
depoist it right into my bank account.

My account with PayPal is still not verified. They say they have sent two small amounts to my account which my bank says they have not received. It is worrying me why this is happening. I am getting reminders from PayPal asking me complete the formalities but unless my bank confirms that those amounts have been credited to my account I cannot complete the formalities.

Do you have online access to your account. That helps.
Some banks are different, they will show the deposit but not actually credit for a day or so, until then it just shows the deposits but not who they are from.
Its also possible that you might have been off by a digit with the routing number or account number.

power is right, it can take a few days to credit to your account. I went on line and checked mine. It will only be a few cents so look for a very small amount.

I prefer paypal because it saves paper and is just overall more convenient for me. From paypal you can deposit your money straight into your bank or you can just spend your money with paypal. I think it's a great service and I prefer it over checks. I just wish that there were more investing sites that accepted paypal as a payment.

I started out the same way, but I've come to like Paypal better.
Plus I have the Paypal debit card which give 1% back on purchases so its definitely my preferred method.

Yes I like that little bonus paypal gives us. I've noticed they now do it once a month instead of every purchase.

Paypal and the paypal debit master card are my best friends! I hate waiting for checks in the mail and then the bank hassle too. I even have a student account for my teenage son so he has his own debit card and I can transfer money to him. It keeps him from carrying cash and can be used both online and in stores.

Either payment is good enough for me but I'd have to say paypal is my favorite. I also love that I don't have to go the bank and deposit. If I know I'm gonna get a check most will take from a week to a few weeks so paypal only takes about 2-3 days to send to my bank, so much faster!

I've never sent paypal to my bank yet but I have gone the other way around. I love that paypal has the debit card. It makes everything so much easier. And now they even give cash back! It's not alot but it's something I wouldn't have.

Because of the 1% cash back, I like getting paid via Paypal. It's quicker than waiting for a company to cut the check, and then wait for it to arrive in the mail (not to mention you then need to go to the bank to deposit it and wait for it to clear) The day the site pays me via Paypal, my funds are available for me to do with what I wish.
With almost everything added to my account via direct deposit, it's nice to find a check in the mail...but Paypal makes having the money available to me much, much faster!

I think i will choose to use paypal than check... Couple of weeks ago i'm withdrawing my funds from paypal to my bank local bank account... It's succeeded transfered and fast enough... paypal is good and secured...

I like paypal but for different reasons. I don´t live in the US so I only can get money online with international sites. Paypal is a good and safe way to rrecieve the money if you have a Bank account in your country or is you have a credit Card. In my case, I use my online earnings for vacations so I transfer the money to my credit card when I have a decent amount of cash. All is done with my computer: no need to go to the Bank either.
As for survey sites, I can´t do them unfortunatly because most of them are for US residents or, at the most, for people from 2 or 3 other countries.

I prefer paypal, as it is faster, and I don't have to wait for a check to arrive at my home, which would take longer. I like paypal as I trust them completely. The sites that pay instantly are great as the money is there immediately. There are a few sites that send checks, as that is their only form of payment. I am just glad that they don't all do that, as I would be waiting for a very long time to get naything, and in this economy, the faster I can get it the better. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

The debit card is very handy. But, call me old fashioned I enjoy finding a check in my snail-mailbox, even if it is surrounded by the monthly bills. It is like an added perk for the day. All ways of getting paid are nice

Paypal is better than checks which has some formalities and stuffs. With paypal thinks are easy , do an online transfer and relax. I prefer paypal than checks!

I would prefer by Paypal or Alertpay.
This is, I think, the safest way to be paid by online money making sites.

Definitely PayPal. Not only do you get the money much quicker than a check, it's also more trustable I think. What I mean is that I have heard stories from people who have gotten checks from websites and then the bank "magically" can't cash them for one reason or another.
