can you only ask so many questions a day?

Hi! Are you asking good quality questions? Have you did a search to make sure you question has not been already ask in the past few days? Mylot can delete discussions if you are not playing by the rules!

Same thing happens to me. And when I answer someone, it doesn't even raise the number as it should.
