do you still let your kids play outside?

play with neighbors, play at the park or play outside the house? we let our child experience that still. we bring him at the park three to four times a day. but that park is just 5 minutes walking distance form our place. there are a lot of children their his age around 3, 4, 5 years old kids that he can run and play with. some older toodlers has bike and some play with balls. even my son has his own toys and even he plays with video games we still give him the chance to run outside and to play.

Hi 7th,
having two special kids is hard for us to let them play outside considering the safety and of course the heat. so if we need to have an outdoor activities we take them to the park and they are free to do any activities that they want to do like jumping, running, playing and even biking. i love outdoor activities with the family. we used to go to the QC circle.

it is better that we supervised and look after our children when they play outside. we have to make sure they are safe and just having fun. no figthing with other kids as well. thanks a lot for the response

it has to be a happy and healthy play for kids. i hate fighting among them and parents need to interfere. they must learn the value of sportsmanship, friendly competition and happy plays when interacting with kids neighbors and being at play with them. they have to be consistent even if they go out of the house and mingel with other kids outside.

yes i too does not allow my child to play alone, my wife will not like that either. if he plays outside i make sure i am there to watch him or my wife. our house is near the street where vehicles pass so we make sure that if he wants to play we bring him at the park where he can ran around and play safely. thanks a lot for the response

Yes I do allow my kids to enjoy outdoor activities but I make sure I am watching closely. They are not yet that old to take care of themselves. So while I let them play on the park with the children around, or bike along the playground, I make sure someone or I myself is watching over and not when the sun is extremely hot. I think allowing them to enjoy the outdoor activities will build up their ability to get along with fellow kids and will also give them the opportunity to exercise and get free Vitamin D from the sun.

I don't have any children (yet), but I think it's very important to take a kid for a walk outside. I recall my own childhood, when I was spending a lot of time outside, playing with other kids, doing different physical activities. Our neighborhood is very safe, so we don't have to worry about any threats that may be ambushing the kids outside.

true, it is still important that a child experience to play outside, test his motor skills. i have two nephew and one niece that does not play outside for they are always watching tv and doing video games. i dont see the healthy thing about that. but what can i do i am not their parents. thanks a lot for the response

I let my three year old boy drive his bike outside, for him to experience the outside world
but not everyday, maybe every other day..he plays with our neighbor, but of course I am always there to see and guide him while biking., we usually go out around 6:00 pm
oh, that's too much??? 3-4 times a day?? it's very hot outside?? well, you have a lot of time to bring your boy outside huh???he he joke lang po.
well, we parents are happy if we see our child's happy and enjoying

har har har my bad, that would be three to four times a week. but on second thought sometimes it do happen that we bring him out that often outside on a day specially when i need to run errands and my wife wants to come along for there is nothing to do at the house. we go to the market in the morning then when we need to go at the supermarket near our place, then that would be pften har har har but not letting him play on the park for it gets really hot specially around 12 noon. thanks a lot for the response

Wise parents!You should do this kind of things to let your baby grow better.Although I have no baby now,but I always think that is a good way to bring up children.They can make friends,play games,be close to nature.All of this do much good to our babies.
