everytime i watch tv or browse the web i will always see an advertisement regarding lossing weight - seeing it makes me wonder if there is really a shortcut of lossing your weight or it is just a way of companies to make money out of our expense - again! really, if there is one that really works there will be no more competition because one will show that it does really helps you lose the weight you are praying to go away but in reality there is no such thing as shortcut in my honest own opinion. this company just want you to believe that it will help you lose weight and all you have to do is follow their direction and BUY their product. if you really want to lose weight, have a good balance diet and exercise that is all you need but most people dont want to give up the big giant big mac and fries and sodas and always have excuse for not exercising then will spend money to buy pills or books or dvd's or week meals that promise you will lose those pounds in just a matter of time and MONEY. imagine buying those prepacked meal, do you think they are that healthy as it sounds or what they want you to believe? how about those chemicals they use to prolong it's shelf life does it count of being healthy? yes you might be losing weight but dont you think you are jeopardizing your personal health? i know being over weight is not good but being thin from the wrong way is not either. there are lots of pills that being remove from the pharmacy or advertised as bad because it is really not the right way of shortcut for you. if you really want to lose some weight watch what you eat and work it out, period! our ancestors dont have those managed food diet on the shelf or over teh counter but they managed to live a healthy life style - not at once do i remember seeing in our scince or hostory book depicting an overweight person so for me that alone is a great example of how to properly reduce your weight and starts living a healthy life and style. as always, bluemoon

definitely! who doesnt want the shortcut, the easy way? of course if that is possible everybody will grab and go because it will make life easy BUT like you said not everybody have the will and the courage to wake up each morning and follow a certain rule and work out hard to lose the fats (same goes to life). you are definitely not alone on feeling that way because i for one feel the heaviness of not wanting to excercise and live a strict healthy life for as long as you (us) are happy on what we have and doing then i guess it is our own business to pursue what we want and for as long as we are healthy and not harming our own health then we can go on and on and on. just being aware of what is going on will help, and just do a little at a time of what should be done might help in the long process. some people see others fat or heavy as ugliness and it shouldnt be that way because some cannot help being fat it is their genes and we should just accept and support them no matter what. btw, eat in moderation helps i believe. bluemoon

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.
