J. T. has really gotten all high and mighty lately

J. T. is looking for any excuse to take Reed away from Victoria. He doesn't have all that moral a past, or present working for Tucker, so where does he get off with such an attitude.

I agree that Jt was a little holier than thou today..but he had a point..They did hold Adam against his will, and just because he is the scum of the earth, doesn't give them the right to take the law into their own hands. Victor does whatever he wants and is rarely held accountable, most recently cheating on the bid and he is the reason Patti is even back causing all the trouble she is and it's like because it's him it's okay. And it has been this way for years..remember when he was married to Julia and he kept that guy in his basement locked up, and he would go down and use the dude for a punching bag on a regular basis? On another note..Cassie sure has grown up to be pretty hasn't she? And we still aren't going to have the baby story line resolved, because Ashley is going to take off with her and Sharon still won't have her baby back!

I think the show made a mistake killing off Cassie. Camryn Grimes was the best child actress Y&R has ever seen...and she's still good. When an established young character is killed off, I always feel like the show is mortgaging its future for the sake of some temporary drama.

I agree. Not only did the Newmans and others do that, but what a stupid storyline! I mean, if he has gotten away with all he has done...what makes them think he will just blurt it all out cause they are all there yammering in his face!!! I missed the part where the letterwas read and Adam escaped, but so what. They found him and now in custody. HO Hum. Yeah, Ash will run and the never ending "where's the baby" story line will begin. I am tired of it already! I think it was horrible that they even did what they did. I hate it when they use children as game pieces or tools to get whatever. And yeah, Victor can do all the damage he wants to and no one ...but JT...ever gets it! Victoria knows all the horrible things her father has done, yet when JT reminds her of them..she gets mad at HIM!!! That's when the writers have taken it to far...when they do so much bad stuff and never have to pay the price....next time they do something bad the viewers are not at all impressed or interested as we all know they will get off and not have to pay for their bad deeds.

I agree coffee, the writers need to remember there are 2 sides to every story.

They gotta have a divorce...can't have more than one happy marriage in town and at the moment Lauren and Michael have that. Plus, a Newman never settles down... all they seem to do is marry, have affairs and divorce, then marry again. I really don't see what's wrong with JT working for Tucker. He didn't know what Tucker was doing, and what Tucker did wasn't wrong. I never could figure out how those involved didn't do their jobs well enough to not find out the company buying Chancelor Ind was a little nothing company. Didn't Neil or Kathryn or anyone look into the company that was buying the stock? Didn't any of them notice there had been no movement of any kind in recent months - no sharholders etc? I do a bit of dabbling in the stock market and as ignorant as I am of it all... I know to look at the reports and at least follow a company for awhile on a daily basis to see what the stock is doing and all that. I think Kathryon was the dummy to have sold 25% of her company to an outsider... the whole thing is all about "family"...so why didn't she sell to the family? Why didn't she just sell Jabot back to Jack? OR give Jack and Victor 12.5% each or something like that. But she chose a total outsider to sell a fourth of her family company to. I think no more research than was done....they all got what they deserved. JT didn't know anything about all the dealings...he is in security, not selling/buying. So I dont' think he should have quit just cause Tucker turned out to be Kays son. Wasn't Tucker's fault no one researched the sell good enough to see the bright lights shinning in their faces and they chose to ignore them!

The problem with JT continuing to work for Tucker is that JT is too stupid to realize that Tucker used him to get into Katherine's good graces so Tucker could trick her. JT provided the Tucker with an in with Katherine that he would not have had otherwise.

Ah, I think you are giving JT more credit that he deserves. OR maybe Tucker. JT went to Tucker cause of the job opportunity and to get away from Newman Ent. He didn't know who Tucker was when they met. Afterward...why leave? He had absolutely nothing to do with what TUcker did to Kathryn and let's not forget all the tricky, sneaky, side-winding, underhanded things that Victor and Jack have done to get what they want, the people they have used to get what they want and even Kathryn in her younger years... so basically he did nothing they all hadn't done themselves!

I agree he's being petty and vindictive...that's not uncommon in divorce. I agree he's hardly a paragon of virtue or even that much more stable than Victoria. Remember how he and Paul were creating a business together a while back? He dropped that in a New York minute to pursue another job. Sure, much of what he says regarding the Newmans is justified, but for the sake of Reed I think he should be trying to make peace, not stir up stuff. I doubt Victoria has any desire to separate her son from his father; JT is way out of line to seek full custody.

I'm thinking Mac will help him see, that he can't hurt Reed that way. Reed is why JT changed his life around to begin with, and I am hoping they don't turn him completely around before he remembers that and starts being reasonable again.

Yeah he's really gotten an attitude. I hope he doesn't succeed. If he ends up with Mac, I bet she'll talk him out of it though.

J.T. has always thought he was better then the Newmans'. I hope he does not get full custody of Reed. Victoria and J. T. should share joint custody.

JT really does not like the Newman family and he feels that Victoria is a very unfit mother. He is still mad that Victoria went to Dubi and left Reed behind. I have a feeling when the divorce does eventually come into play I have a feeling that JT will get full custody and not allow Victoria full visitation rights. I also have a feeling that if JT gets his own way he not allow any Newman near Reed which is unfair. I know that Victor is caniving, but what he did to Adam is correct. Adam deserved everything he had coming to him.

Victoria wanted to take Reed to Dubai with her but left him with JT because JT insisted. I hope JT doesn't get full custody. He is not that good a father either; teaching a young child to eat bacon every day for lunch and he leaves him alone as much as Victoria.
