I need to lose weight in 2 weeks....

If you got ideas on how to lose weight the fastest possible time please share it with me guys. I need to lose like a total of another 15 - 20 lbs in total. But I think that wold be too drastic if i'll lose that in 2 weeks only. So maybe even like half of it I may be able to lose. I really need it. I am already on a diet only eating cereals in the morning and evening and I don't eat a lot rice during lunch. I'm going to attend a wedding and I need to fit on my dress. :)

Cleansing diet will help you to loose weight. There's a book that I read written by a doctor and he said there are two types of fats in our body. The false fat and the real fats. You can loose your false fat easily by changing your diet. Get rid of all simple carbohydrate and that is sugar in soft drinks, icecream, powdered juice and white flour like biscuits, cakes, white bread, white pasta. Start eating fruits and salads. Try to go on green apple cleansing diet for 2 days if you can. Why green apple? Green apple is very good to clean your system from all toxic. Years ago i was so so fat and I change my diet. I started with a cleansing diet for almost 7 days. Then after almost 2 months I did not realize I lost almost 30 pounds and it was not hard. I did not starve myself I just change what I ate. I ate more natural food and increase my fiber by eating more vegetables and fruits. I stop eating any food that contains sugar. I also did exercise at home about 30 minutes of low impact aerobics. atleast 2 or 3 times a week.

Did you follow a very specific cleansing diet? Sweets are very big temptations for me you know. If you got a specific cleansing diet would you mind to PM me about it? Coz it might not be allowed to post it here. Thanks in advance.

Yes I will PM you. Yes I did follow specific cleansing diet and the hardest thing for me to give up was coffee because I was so addicted to it.

Dieting is one sure way of losing weight. If you don't eat for three days, having water only of course, you will surely lose a lot of weight. I know someone who did this and the weight lost was really impressive.

You can go with fruits and vegetable diet,those foods were easily digested and won't stay longer in our system. Do some exercise and avoid carbo and fatty foods. Drink lot of water and reduce any carbonated drinks too. But before doing anything(diet esp),consult your doctor if you are healthy and fit to so some fasting and dieting.

Well I'm pretty healthy anyway except for the extra flab on my stomach and arms hehe. There is this General Motors Diet which I have checked out, it's quite good. Maybe i'll try it. :)

Hmm for me, reducing intake of carbohydrates is the best way. Coupled it with cardio exercises every other day :) Eat only 3 times daily. (You can even avoid breakfast if you can but this might be unhealthy). When I had my braces 3 years ago, I can't chew a thing. I just drank soup soup and soup. I lost lost of pounds back then. You'll be hungry at first but after 2 days, you'll get used to it :)

What kind of soup did you prepare? Exercising is really my bad, I'm too lazy sometimes. really need to kick my butt on this thing.

Hi Rajaiv, I think it will be impossible. but there's no harm in trying. remove all the carbo in your diet. have more vegetables and fruits. make sure that you have a food supplement so that you will not feel ill or sick. you must also do some exercises. good luck friend!

Iwould suggest trying to have the dress altered a bit more instead. Losing that much weight in that short amount of time isn't good for you. Your diet so far doesn't seem healthy at all eaither. Add more fruits and vetagables in your meals. Limit your meals to three meals a day, Chose lean meat when cooking. Try and cook at home rather then eating out. Exercise at least one to two hours a day. Break it up to help your body adjust to it. You may lose a few pounds in this way, but not that much. trying to lose 15-20 pounds in that amount of time is unhealthy. A month or more maybe, but not two weeks.

Ok... loosing weight "drastically" is NOT healthy at all. I am sure you will look beautiful in your wedding dress whether you loose weight or not. If you do however want to loose weight the healthy way try researching the Mediterranean diet. Do plenty of cardiovascular activities such as bike, hiking, aerobics etc... Eating just cereal is not going to help you looe weight, it will only help you break down food that you dont need faster (assuming you are eating fiber rich cereals). Rice is rich in healthy carbohydrates, these are later on used for energy to help your body in its glucose levels. The best way to loose weight is eating plenty of proteins, carbs, healthy fats etc... trust me that eating only cereal in the morning wont help. Did you know that 25% of your daily breakfast intake is used as energy? Well I recommend you eat more for breakfast and eat a yogurt or a salad at night.

Hi, you can definitely lose your weight within that time frame, don't eat carbohydrate and fats rich foods like snacks, chocolates, meat, porridge, fast foods, etc. Eat twice or thrice a day not more than that, and that too don't decrease the gap between these meals. Drink Honey mix with lemon in the morning before breakfast, and have lots of Bottle gourd juice.

My teeth really hurts. I just drank soup for lunch and dinner. I lost lots of pounds back then. You'll get hungry at the beginning but after 2 days, you'll be used to it :)
