I got to thinking about some of my most embarrassing moments recently. Once, I fell over a chair, belly flopped on a table and hit my head while I was flirting with a guy. He (and all his friends who were also watching) burst into laughter. What have been some embarrassing moments for other myLoters?

Ok, so let me just say this is a hilarious thread. HAHA Ok so my most embarrassing moment was in the 7th grade. I had a uniform that I hated but I tried to make it look normal so I wore stylish very tight kacky pants. well we were in gym and in this school we did not change for gym so i was shooting some hoops when a boy i had a crush on came up to me and said .. are your pants ripped. I say no they are suppose to be that way. I thought he ment the bottom and top of the pants that were fringed. So he goes back to a group of all the cute guys and says she said they are suppose to be that way. so I realize all these guys clearly do not care about the fringe on my pants so I go back to door and ask to get a drink of water. I go and feel my pants and they were ripped. so then I go to the teacher and tell her she says go to the office call home. well i'm new and the place is so hard to find my way around. So I had to pick someone to go with. Who happened to have the biggest mouth of everyone plus we ran into a security officer who wanted to know why we were walking around. We told him and I had to prove it. Ok so i think thats about it lol

I completely understand. I was at a concert once and the pants I had on ripped down the back seam. No one told me about it!! I got home, looked in the mirror and saw my big white undies hanging out! I thought I looked so good at the concert until I realized everyone was really staring at me!!

The most embarrassing moment in my life, I think, is that, in my college life, I went to a new student's home for my part-time teaching work. The student was studying in high school, and his father contacted me via a job provider agency to teach the guy's math. That was the first time I went his home, and I didnot meet any one of his family before. When I arrived his home, and then knocked his door, a man opened the door and saw me without saying anything. For polite, I said: "nihao, shushu" (Chinese), means that "how do you do? uncle.". at that time, the man's face was flushed, and realized I had made a mistake, the man was not the father, but was just the student whom I would teach. I was very embarrassed in that situation, the student looked so old but only 16 years old. By the way, some background is introduced here, in China, when you encounter some people who are older than you, it is a polite way for you to call him/her uncle/ aunt.

That's a good one! I've had lots of embarrasing moments but the one that hangs in my memory more recently was when I was pregnant with my son..and I had to pee pretty bad-but I was trying to hold it because I was chatting it up with a good friend I hadn't seen and had just found out she was leaving town. Then she said something hilarious and I laughed so hard-I peed everywhere. So then I had to go tell a store employee-because we were in a high traffic store area...I was totally red in the face and left in a hurry.

hello! WEll, I think the most embarrassing moment in my life was when I have teared my jeans on the back while we were playing football at school and I have to go the whole way home with teared jeans, which was really embarrassing or at least for me :)
