do you rather take the fast way like popping all those diet pill or the slowly but sure, which is need the commitment from you to do the routine exercises and dieting. Well, I did try both. Somehow, those diet pills kind of scare me a little bit. And just so happen my brother is working as personal trainer at one gym. So I end up did the slowly but sure. I lost the weight, burn the calories and fat, and kind of tighten up the muscle and the skin. Not bad. A lot of time I can cry though try to beat my cravings. So what way that you prefer to do when you try to lose the weight?

The slow but sure way is the only way to go. This means you are making the committment to change your lifestyle. Often people that take the diet pills do fine as long as they take they do fine but as soon as they stop the pounds pack right back on.

Yikes, I'm glad that I'm not into those pills. My addiction to coffee is crazy enough, no need another one.

I wish that there was a fast easy SAFE way to lose weight quickly but there isn't. I wouldn't take pills. They concern me. I remember a number of years ago when the diet rage was taking Phen Phen. After 5 years or so, the FDA outlawed the medication because it caused damage to an individual's heart valves. The only way to lose it and lose it permanently is the way that you did it. Congratulations.

Sometimes I just laugh with the commercial claim that " you can lose weight while you are sleeping"...I really roll my eyes when I watch that commercial.

While eating healthy and exercising does help in weight loss, I feel that certain diet pills can give you that extra boost. I remember when I took Xenadrin with ephedra, back when it was legal, and I lost all the weights I wanted to lose (almost 20 lbs) in just two months. I then maintained the weight with diet and exercise.
