anyone of you wake up early???

hay friends it is impossible for me to wake up early now a days.i used to wake up early previously but now i have changed my habit. the work that make me relentless.though the work is there but fault is also there of me.i cannot manage them well and finished the work within time.so i have to work till the deep end of night.obviously in future my health going to get worsened.what are doing???

I do wake up early, but I don't like to! I wish I could sleep until I naturally woke up every day, instead of having to force myself awake with an alarm. But, alas, such are the ways of modern life!

Modern life, are you kidding me ? People in ancient times were even more strict, you know that samurai warriors trained much earlier in the morning everyday ? And shaolin monks woke up in the morning without eating nothing they climb topless 2 hours straight up and down of a very large stair way ! Why is this B**ing discussion about waking up early, it's good to wake up early, it shows you're dedicated and passionate about you're duty, more and more lazy people in the world, that's why the world is worse and worse !

ok friends...just chilled...this is nothing but a simple discussion..obviously this is nice to wake early in the morning...it benefits you very much...your health and mind grows....but due to a lot of work and to cope up with that we just cannot wake early.

Waking up early means starting your day early.If we wake up early we can finish all our pending works, we get enough tie to organize ourselves.Try to wake up early start your day early and you would definitely finish your day well in time.

yes..friend you are very much right about this.....this view i also feel to use..waking up early,making a good start of the day also finishes the day in well.....i will try to follow this nice advice of you.

Hi barma! During working days I wake up at 6am, because I need to start going to work by 7 to 7 quarter coz my work is quite far from home. Actually I set up my alarm clock at 5:30am but I still can't wake up on the first few alarms, so usually, I wake up at around 6am. If time is running out and I need to be at work fast, then it's time to use the car. Well, like you I always sleep late at night and I hope I can also change this habit. Always having not enough hours of sleep may weaken us. Have a nice day! Happy myLotting!

yes friend everyone supposed to have this habit...the alarm must cry before us once or twice before it could really break our sleep... i also do this..set the alarm in my mobile for at least 3-4 times as i know if i have to wake up early it would be impossible to get up with the first alarm in a day run by our works...may be when i have some job i would also wake up early...ok..good luck

I do. I wake up about 4:20 right before my alarm goes off. I love the early morning. I am NOT a night owl. Never have been. Don't like staying up late. Makes dates interresting.........

I am awake by six AM every day, not later than six thirty. I used to get up at five, but I was just too tired at the end of the day.

yes i am also well experienced with that one...whenever in the exam time wake up early i find myself very tired in the afternoon..so at that time i always take my bed again..

I can't change it , im always awake so early even if i slept so late , i can't sleep too many hours I'm hyperactive . Just need to make it like an habit , for ur internal clock . Just start to sleep the same hours all days and wake up too.

wow!!...thats a great habit my fellow.....there is also some of friends who also have the same quality.....whenever they sleep they always wake up early....they are like you habituated with the 'internal clock' but i failed to do this...i also made a try....but the 8 hours sleep is the most daily need in my daily routine....and to have that i have to wake up late

Last night I went to bed at about 1:30am and woke up at about 8:30am. Not enough hours for me. I was excepting a phone call from a realtor that did call or come. I called him and found out he had an emergency. So he will be coming to my house tomorrow at about 1pm. Now it's 2am in the morning and I have to go to bed. I also worry that I'm not getting enough sleep which will not be good for my long term health.

I always wake up at 05:00 AM. This is good habit I think. When I was student, I used to wake up at 04:00 AM. I prefer go to bed early and wake up early in the morning rather than got to bed lately and wake up lately too. Going to bed lately in the mid night will reduced our immunity. If you have work to do, it's better to do it in the morning when your body and mind still fresh.

i don't have a hard time getting up early-actually i'm a light sleeper-i easily can wake every time I heard any disturbing noise or a light that would pass my eyes! that's my problem..good for you can sleep straight..I envy you..hehehe!LOL!

well before this week i was not getting up in the morning, but most of this week at least the last 4 days i have been getting up no later then 9 am and as early as 7 and the reason is that i am trying to do more early in the day so i can get more done and so i will be more tired when it is time to go to sleep and so far it has been working out beautifully.

Yes I do. In fact, I wake up early everyday to go to college and then to go to work. I think it's just the way life works. Sometimes I burn the candle at both ends so I don't get too much sleep. I'd like to wake up at least at 10:00 am everyday, but that's just not going to happen any time soon. A lack of sleep definitely takes its toll on you as time goes by. It is said that it shortens your life...oh well...

I have been working nights ever since and I just make sure I get 6-8 hours of sleep everyday. I have a very bad sleeping habit too.I only get decent sleep during weekends. I'm the type of person that doesn't get to sleep so easily. I guess it takes discipline to have a healthy sleeping pattern. I hope you are able to overcome your problem. Good luck.

I always wake up early no matter how late I sleep. I don't know why I can't sleep anymore when the sun begins to rise. It's my natural alarm clock.

I wake up early no matter what, sometimes I skip a night because I can't sleep but I still go to collage at 7:00am, I could skip classes every now and then but I don't want to, because it's my duty and actually I enjoy it very much, it's a collage of arts, my passion. And after that, even if I skipped a night, and being tired after collage, I go to kendo dojo, never ever I skip it unless it's very important, ! I'm very strict about this, and I think others should too, I don't even care about my health, so what if it's not wealthy, do you think soldiers that protect our sorry a... thinks about their health huh ?! they do their jobs we do our jobs, simple and clean, no b**ing about it !

I have to wake up early and I don't have any choice because my work starts at 5:30am. Even though I don't have enough sleep or rest I still managed to get up and get ready for work. Even if I am not used in getting up early, I managed to get up early because I am being motivated to go always on the work and never never be late.

It depends on what you mean by early. Once a week I get up at 6am. Most days I get up at 7. The latest I can sleep is 8. By then my son is awake and needs to be fed.

As far as I am concerned, I think I sometimes wake up very early in my life, sometimes I will just sleep for a long time to have myself relax a lot. For the nowadays is so competitive in the society. We need to try our best to struggle on our own feet. So we need work hard as we can. So we may feel so sleepy and want to have more sleep. I just sleep as I want or need.

I am not a morning person and I never wanna wake up early. I find it very hard for me to wake up early. I also dont have the habit of doing that even before. Maybe if I have developed the habit of doing so when I was young or if I already practiced it then its okay. But now, its too difficult for me to do that. I am also very tired during the day so I always have to take a rest. I mean, rest like the real rest when it comes to sleeping.
