Hey I am facing a peculiar problem with ad ptc. I am a member since it started but some days back I changed my pass but unfortunately did not write the new one and now me not able to login when contacted the support no one is responding and when tried to recover the pass through the site the site says my email is not in the list..tell me what to do?
