We thought we werer done!

From last one week the weather was really nice here, we were so ready to welcome spring. We thought we were done with winter for this year, but guess what? It is snowing again today, and its really cold, and they are predicting it will be real icy tomorrow morning.
It really sucks. I don't feel good at all in a weather like this.

Our weather has been so unpredictable lately, one moment bright sunshine, and the next second we have torrential rain. I really hope we don't get any more snow though, now the bulbs have finally bloomed it would be a shame to see them buried under a lot of the white stuff. I am only just cheering up with some sunshine, I think if we got bad weather again I would slump

I know what you mean. Cold, dreary, winter weather affects me terribly. If I lived in the north land, I'd definitely suffer from SAD.
There was an article about it on one of the tv commentary shows last week & they were saying that there are some new lights that help to counteract the effects of SAD. I'd have to have my whole house outfitted with them & never leave the house at all during the winter.
And I love my outdoor life here in the south. This year has been horrible because of the cold & the dreary skies.

Hi recycledgoth, I am glad atleast your bulbs have bloomed, but here I don't think its time for anything in the garden yet :(. I am so bored of this winter, can't wait until it gets better.

I am amazed by the various types of weather we have experienced this year. I feel achy and grumpy when the weather is gloomy and cold, but I also feel really cranky when it gets too hot. On the other hand, I would never want to live where there were not four seasons.

I totally understand what you are talking about. Surely we don't want same season throughout the year, it would be so boring. All four season should be there equally:).

Hi Sweetlady
The same has been here but we do not have snow, we had lovely Weather for few Days and all of a sudden it has gone back to freezing cold and nothing but rain
I really hope that it will soon be over and done with and we get the warm Weather

I have Seasonal Affective Disorder, so i am extremely influenced by the weather. To make things worse this apartment I'm in now is a basement apartment with underground windows. LOL To keep myself sane, I make it a point to get outside and do something. Now that Spring is hear, I can spend more time outside, instead of just walking to the bus stop. LOL

Right, living in apartment is a draw back. In winter though I like the fact that in apartment you don't have to shovel the snow LOL.
I get really affected by the weather, specially the winter. Can't wait to spring.

The weather is rather unpredictable nowadays. For past weeks, it was hot and humid here, and suddenly these few days it pours continuously. My mood swings with the weather as I do not feel good when the weather go against my prediction. I hate to be caught unaware in the rain

They are saying we may see some snow or ice tomorrow night. I was really enjoying the weather we have been having too.
