Hello Edward. Theoretically speaking, it seems that you will get more chances to find a job than one whose diploma is lower than one who has a master's degree, but it is not completely like that. Chances are very important, which is a very important factor. Many of my friends with three years study at college have also found their jobs and are doing their work with pleasure. Of course, the higher degree, the better, as it creates more job opportunities. Recently I have heard some news that our country will enroll more postgraduate students this year, which is good news to know about. If you intend to study further, to prepare for and take the postgraduate entrance examination is ideal for you. Then you will be more professitional in your future job. Anyway, I wish you to enjoy your study, my new friend.

Well, it depends. What is your major and what is your career plan?If you want to pursue career in academic, for example, you want to be a lecturer and researcher, of course master degree is a must. But whether you have master degree or not, one thing you should keep in mind that you must keep learning and learning new skill and knowledge as skills now play more important role in career and one important thing again: networking.

If you think it will help you get a better job, then by all means go for it. I wouldn't do it for the sake of doing it. Right now, I'm going to be getting an Associate's degree and then later if I can benefit from a higher degree, then I will do it in my field. I'd say try to get a job and if a promotion can be made to go for a Master's, then by all means do it. I guess what I'm saying is you should do what you feel is best for yourself.

It depends on what you want to do. Journalism? Not really necessary. Chemistry? Totally necessary. I'm a political science major, and I'm planning on either going to grad school or law school after I graduate.

i think you should opt for the masters degree if ur parents earn goos and can afford further studies of yours because doing a job after college is not a good idea i guess. even my elder brother has gone to USA for doing his masters from CSU. that will automatically reflect his studies and he might get a good paying job in any company.
