Anybody has idea how to lose weight?

i also have a weight problem, but in contrary i am skinny.i hv eat a lot but still cant gain weight.maybe you can help me to give an idea on how to put more weight lol thanks

go for gym everyday.thats the only remedy and also put a control on your food habit.follow a diet chart prepared by your physician.

Reducing your caloric intake will help, but it's not the only or the best way to lose weight. Many people I know who have successfully lost and kept weight off eat several small meals a day instead of 3 large meals, and the majority of their calories are consumed before noon. If you eat a large breakfast and snack one or two times a day, you'll not only keep your energy up, but you'll have more time throughout the day to burn calories. Another very important factor in losing weight is getting enough sleep. Studies have shown that lack of sleep increases hunger, slows metabolism and raises blood glucose levels. Simly put, quality and adequate amounts of sleep maintain the efficiency of your body. In addition to the above, try adding more excercise to your daily routine. Walking more, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or even housework can all increase your metabolism and the more you are physically active, the more energy you will have to be active. There are many things that have been designed to make life easier, but sometimes doing things the "old-fashioned way" is better for your health in the long run. I often walk to the store and carry groceries home instead of buying everything I need for the week in one trip. Sure, it takes me more time, but that is time that I would probably be sitting in front of the TV, so it's not like I'm wasting time by doing this.

For my friends innechen, don't eat fo 30 days, but only drink extra joss, biar life make a joss. Best regards

everyone who says 'diet and exercise' is on the right track. dont eer pay attention to someone who says 'starve.' thats not the way to do it. what have you been doing to lose the weight? i'm restricting my diet to 1000 cals a day and exercising 200 cals worth of it off. in addition to the cals that i burn off naturally, i should be losing about 1.5 lbs a week. i just started, so i'm hopeful!!

before eating anything drink a full glass of water no other drink exercise regularly Count your calories in a diary and keep complete records of what you actually are eating and how much calories they cost you. Eat onl 30 calories per kg you want to weigh each day i.e. if goal weight 100 kg then you eat upto 3000 calories 2.2 lbs = 1 kg
