How can i loose my fat..?

Hey friends i have a problem with my personality... i have some fat on my stomach .. and it's looking very bad... and my height is 5'11"... and my weight is 78 kg..so my personality are average.. but by having some fat on my stomach it's looking very bad.. now i want to loose my fat.. but how..? can you help me... please tell me any cheap and easy way to loose my fat.. because sometimes i feel nervous when anybody make laugh of my fat.. so please help me..i am waiting for your response... have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

hello anurag. the food we eat gives us energy to participate in life. if this energy is not used up, it will be stored in our bodies as fat. over time we may become overweight. to have a healthy weight, we should be active and exercise regularly. exercise 3 to 5 times a week for at lest 20 minutes each time should be relatively sufficient for anyone. try lying down on your back and raise both your legs up about 15cm, hold for a few seconds and bring them down. repeat. after several times you should feel some pain in your abs. you should be on your way to a flat tummy. good luck!!!

Well, its never too late. You can loose your fat. Just keep yourself away from the products rich in fats. Eat in small quantity after regular intervals. Take exercise daily. And I think you will see the difference within few weeks.

Yes i have taken small quantity of food.... but some expert says that it is harmful for our body.. so i am confused what i do.. but as you say that i should taken small quantity after regular interval.. and i think you are right saying.. so thanks for the response.. and keep mylotting always..

Just eat fruits and vegetables everyday. Let go of the meat and do some brisk walking 30mins - 1 hour everyday. You will lose your fat and get trimmed if you stick with this.

Your height weight ratio seems OK, so you are not fat, you are just out of shape if you have fat around the middle. Here's a way of getting rid of it for free. Walk 45 minutes a day as briskly as you can. Come back home, cool down for 5 minutes, and do 20 ab crunches real fast. Flip over, do a "dhanushasan" stretch, hold for 1 minute. You are done. Besides the flab around your waistline, this regimen is excellent for overall fitnes, especially cardiovascular condition. It's very quick and easy to do. On the other hand, if you want to build a six pack or something, check out Mike Geary's methods.

Well, v both have similar heights 5'11".. But i have a lesser weight...i weigh 61 kg... I'm thinking of increasing my weight, because i look very slim.. The best way according to me to reduce your weight is to go Swimming daily for 1 hour and in two months u will see the result.. U will have a very good body structure and ur fat will be reduced .. Infact i like swimming much and i often go for swimming...

How can you say that my body structure is good.. did you see my any snaps.. and you tell that if i joined swimming then i will reduce my fat in two months.. so i think it is a good way to reduce my fat... and also it is a good way to avoid summer.. because now summer says also started in India..so good advise.. thanks for the response...

my tip is do some running or jogging regularly in the morning and avoid having food with high fat content...regular exercising will do...one or two months of regular exercising and avoiding fat items will bring your body into shape...

First you need to focus on your goal, that is, to be fit and healthy. After focusing on your goal, you start with the basic exercise like jogging regularly. You may want to start doing sit-ups (check youtube for the right way of doing a sit-up). After doing some exercises, fix your food intake. Eat healthy food and lessen carb intake (like rice and bread). Always remember your goal for doing these things, that is.. to be fit and healthy, it's for you, not for anyone else. :)

Hmm let me share some of the things i know on how to lose fat. First stay away for carbohydrates and sweets.A balanced diet is the best guide. Try to stand up for 20 minutes after your meal. Workout, briskwalk, jog. It takes time, have patience and soon u will have your wish.

fat,is really very problem,i think some dieting will help you from an expert,then do some exercises specially for this purpose!well for sometime you van even use sauna belts!it has been said by the experts

my upper body on March 20, 2010 - my upper body on March 20, 2010.
I have a little extra weight and I have always wanted to add some hard muscle but am really lazy most of the time. I found a picture of an actor with the exact physique that I want, so I put his shirtless picture on my phone. Chocolate is a really big weakness for me so when I get tempted, I pull out the phone and tell myself that I have to grow a backbone and resist the temptation if I want get my ideal physique by the end of the year. I have been doing pretty good with sticking to my workout schedule. I am also trying to eat 4-5 smaller meals a day and avoid the carbs. I am also trying to cut down on the diet Coke and drink water and Crystal Lite instead. I also am trying to firm up my abs by sucking in my gut and holding it in. I count to myself when doing this (one thousand one, one thousand two, ect.)and every ten counts I suck in my gut harder. I try to concentrate on the area around my navel as that area tends to get loose easily. So far, I am up to holding it for 12 minutes. Once I get rid of my belly, I will have an awesome six pack. I am also trying to go for walks more, even if it's only for 5 minutes at a time. I just try to walk faster when I have less time. I hope this helps.

Exercise is always the best way to lose fat. You can try simple exercises like walking a certain distance or repeatedly step on to and step off the first step of the stairs. It is free and since these exercises make use of the thigh and leg muslces that burn a lot of calories. However, I believe your weight is normal. I am obese, I am 5'0" and I weigh 80 kg. I don't know why people are so naive and would laugh at you when your height-weight proportion is normal. Don't let what other people think of you destroy your perception of yourself. Ignore them. Hi anurag - you have company here - in fact a worse comparison! :) I am five feet tall, 59 kgs! :) And it is all in wrong places. :) Nowadays we have power cuts. Two hours per day. So I have decided, everytime there is a power cut, I will take a walk. :) Cant think of anything better. :( Belly - it is really bad! There are exercises of course, but I am not too keen on them. That is because if we stop, that fat will return! I want a different kind of solution because after a few years, I will have no choice but to stop exercising. Cant risk spinal injuries. :)

I do not think there is anything bad about it. Do not worry you have an accomplice - I am 6 ft. 1 inches tall and I weigh 74 kgs. So, we are quite the same weight, dude! I am gonna reduce my weight, if not my tummy, by jogging for at least half hour everyday morning and I must make sure that I sweat plus, we have to take enough rest too.

Hi anurag, Well, for beginners try doing some cardio exercises like jogging/running. Do not eat white rice, White rice will become sugar after dissolving and you will gain weight even more, Also drink plenty of water at least 8 glasses of water a day. Try those and you will lose your weight dramatically, You will see the result 2 to 3 months. Have a nice day, Happy mylotting!

The only way I can help you is to exercise and drink 10 glasses of water everyday. this is how, you research on the net the exercise for fat stomach and do it everyday. before doing it you measure your belly first and then after a week of repeatingly doing that exercise measure your belly again, if it lessen the fats, then continue doing it. I also advice you to jog every morning so that it can burn your fat. I do that, I lose my fat on my stomach after a month. Just be consistent on what you really want to happen and you will see the result.
