does play in sports make you fit

i have a bit bulky body and decided to play sport. yes it is not all running but some what running. i prefer cricket to play so some what running and jumping is there. do you think this sport can really work for me to reduce the fat on my body and make me with more stamina.

yes its good to play sports. but if you want to lose weight you ,ust be carefuly at what you eating. i have friends who lose weight without sport but thei try to eate mor vegetables

Anything that gets your heart rate up CAN help you lose weight. Something that keeps you moving would be the best thing. I have never played cricket so I am not sure. As long as you are active, you should be fine.

Yes sports make us fit because if you played any sports like cricket, football, hockey.. etc.. then you may always live fit and fine.. your body always will healthy.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..
