MyLot is a paying site....but it isn't about the money. This is a great place to socialize and network. The discussions can get lively. The people are friendly. The amount you earn here is just a bonus

In order to earn in here, you need to active and participate in discussions, and make your posts quality, as that what mylot asks us to do. I fyou just post one liners, you won't earn much if anything at all. Also, just to let you know, we aren't allowed to discuss our earnings as it is a violation of the TOS. Mylot uses and algorthim to figure our earnings, as we don't all earn the same. They don't want us to speculate them either. I hope this discussion isn't deleted, but if it is, you will know why, and we all lose earnings. I have made payout every month since I have been here and it will a year next month, so it can be done, but in all essence, mylot isn't just about earning, as what we make here isn't much anyway, as this isn't a get rich site. The knowledge we gain here far outweighs the earnings. When I first came in here, that is all I thought about, but since I have been here, I have come to realize that it is about sharing and learning, and not just earning, although it is a nice bonus I receive every month. I agree with what has been said so far but you don't seem to be taking it in. If you had understood then yuor comments would already be longer than they are so far.
You earn for what YOU type therefore the more you are actively participating then the moore you will earn. All those short comments that you have posted will not earn you much while the other who have responded with longer posts will be earning better.
Think about it... then put it into practice

okay i do understand where you are coming from and what you mean. But, i am not the type of person to write nonsense in my replies just to have a long post, i do not believe this is the idea either. I agree with the other members who are here because they enjoy being here, and not for the money earned. The money earned is just a "perk" of being a member here. I have however taken the time to write longer discussions and make them meaningful. I don't want to write a discussion like some i've come across that makes no sense at all.

Many of us are here for the fun and the earnings are just a bonus. Indeed if you have earnings as a priority you will be extremely disappointed.
I am not at all suggesting that you write nonsense because that would most likely earn you nothing too but if you can respond and comment as though you were holding a conversation, then I'm certain that you will be happier each day when the update takes place.
As the first response stated, it is absolutely possible to reach payout every month by posting in the right places with informative, quality posts.

Thankyou for your input. I do believe i have learned a lot during the short time i have been a member here, and i am sure there is still more to learn as well. I have come to really enjoy my time spent here, and have been a part of some really interesting discussions. i'm glad i've found this site!

I'm new just like you and I've been trying to figure out how to maximize my earnings here... just like in all my online moneymaking thingies...
And then I began to enjoy reading and replying to discussions
and another realization is that I could make this into sorta my blog... so I forgot the moneymaking part and just embraced the great feeling of sharing part :D
my brother's also into this now and also his friends haha
