Some Republican senators are saying that they will oppose everything Obama proposes now that Health Reform is law. Is this good politics that makes you more apt to support the GOP? Is it good for America?

What's the difference from yesterday? Republicans have fought everything he has tried to do since he was elected. I don't know how they could oppose more.

No it is not a good idea for them to just say NO because they can. But I don't think they should say "yes" just to be bipartisan on something that is completely against the wants and desires of their district. Who cares what the "party" wants. These guys on both sides of fence need to start representing the people. I also think the Democrats need to be better about compromise too. Their idea of "compromise" is you agree with me. I am talking about congress. NONE of them know what compromise or bipartisanship means. They each just want their own way. They each want to force the other side to their will. Every bill is a battle and they are keeping score like it is a sick twisted game and each wants to win. Who scores the most points against the other? Who can force their will on the other? There is no spirit of goodwill on either side. There is no real desire to work together for the good of the country. It is all about their party agendas. We the people are just pawns.

The idea of the exchange is actually a republican idea. 30 democrats voted against this bill, so, it does show they didn't just vote YES because their party did, but the republicans voted NO just because their party did. Did you manage to sit through the health-care summit? It was an interesting watch, people still had game and campaign face on because it was televised, but, you could see the dems were willing to compromise, and echoed the sentiments of what the republicans offered. You could not see that on the republican side.

The republicans need to be ousted and replaced with the green party. Having the democrats and the green party represent our country would be best for us, because they have the ability to work together instead of play drama-infused politics. The republicans will vote NO herein as a method to try desperately to make this legislation fail. It is their tactic, so if it does fail, they can try to keep their seats in office and try to regain the majority. Their campaign slogan will be, "We never supported Obama". They will say everything Obama did failed, but will of course, neglect to mention that they did what they could, abusing their power and our tax dollars, to get it to fail.
