what is/are your favorite fruits?

..hi fellows.. my favorite fruits are apple, papaya, and guyabano.. in selecting he fruit you eat, do you consider the vitamins and minerals that you'll be getting from them? ..thanks for sharing..

Hello lol i have diabetic, so i can't eat all fruits, still then i like orange, unripe guava, chicku, grapes, cooked papya and cucumber... Thanks for this nice post, cheers Happy easter Prof

wow...i love many fruits. my favorite fruits are, apple, ponkan, pineapples, watermelon, guyabano, lanzones, melon, and grapes.

I like to cut up watermellon and cantalope and have a covered dish of them in the refrigerator and eat them like candy! Pineapple too, but mine is from a can, not fresh. I also like green (white) grapes, banannas, Granny Smith apples. But I don't know which is my favorite. As for vitamins and minerals,,,what's that!

Hi Rayne, i have five favorite fruits for all seasons: 1. Mango 2. Banana 3. Avocado 4. Guyabano 5. Watermelon (yellow and orange) i love eating them fresh and for a variation i prepare these fruits with condensed milk and crushed ice.

I think My favorite are apple, banana, grapes, mango and papaya. Yes it help us to build strong bones and healthy skin. We need to eat healthy fruits so that we became flawless.

What I like most is Orange. It's fantastic, I love it's flavour, it's intense colour, everything! I also like banana and watermelon, but I eat them less often that orange. Great post, thanks for sharing.

I don't consider the vitamins and minerals I am getting from my fruits. My favourite fruit is mangoes, papayas and pineapples.

I have answered to many discussions like this before and I would always same the same things over and over again. I love watermelon and that's my favorite fruit. I really like it cause its sweet. Its also good for the body because of the water in it.

I love watermelon, kiwi fruit and strawberries! Vitamins and minerals contains in almost every fruit,,the above mentioned consist of vitamins and minerals..So i take them regularly. Happy myLotting!

Mine is Jackfruit! Marang (Johey Oak) is my next fave fruit, then the Atis ( sugar apple /sweetsop). These are all tropical fruits which are so sweet! My tastebuds comes first before the vitamin contents thingy :-) These are the fruits i grew up eating and had been my favorite oens till to this day.

i don't consider vitamins while eating. whatever comes in my plate i just devour it without thinking about its nutritional values. though its not good. i like pineapple, banana, mango, and anything which is sweet. when i was on dieting before my marriage i had to lose some weight and i used to consider nutritional value of everything i ate but now no way!!

My favorite fruits are apple,watermelon,kiwi,banana,cherry tomato,orange.I like them so much.Usually,I dont consider whether they have the vitamins or minerals.But ,Iam sure that they are good for ours healthy and skin.

Hi,raynejasper! I love many kinds of fruit,especially apple,orange,strawberry,watermelon.They are all my favorite.When i was a child,my mother always bought my some fruits and forming the habit of eating fruit.I'm very grateful to my mother because i benefit a lot from the habit.Besides,i never consider the vitamins of fruit.All i know is that every kind of fruit has its own nutrition and they all can make our body healthy. Hi raynejasper,There are lots of fruits that I love to eat.But my family loves apples,grapes and bananas.Yes,I consider the vitamins and minerals in buying fruits because it is really good for our health.Most of the time,these 3 kinds of fruits are in my list every time in my grocery shopping.Apples and grapes are rich in antioxidants while banana is rich in potassium.Have a nice day.
