Lacking in best responses

This has got to be the longest period I have gone without a best response to my name. I remember in the past I used to get a best response at least once a week, even when I wasn't so active. Now I have become more active but the best responses just aren't coming like last time. So I was just wondering, could it be that my responses have downgraded in their quality? I doubt so because I have always been responding the same way as I have last time. Or perhaps most myLot members nowadays just don't bother to give best responses? Probably, but I somewhat doubt it too because I can still see my friends getting best responses nowadays. Or maybe there are more myLot members that are producing quality responses so much so that I am losing out? Geez, I hope that's not the case.....what are your opinions on this matter?

Hi friend, every one is trying their maximum to give their best in their replies. Don't think your quality is reduced due to the lack in BR. Give your best in all the topics, surely you will get the BR soon. Giving br is based on the topic creator, so don't think your reply is not good, may be the topic creator may interested with some other replies. Each and every reply is unique and express our thoughts to the readers, if some of our readers like our reply and place their comments below our reply, then it is the real victory of us. Surely you will get BR soon and my wishes for it

It been a while now since I started this discussion, and I have been doing a lot of responding and postings as of late. But still, not many best responses to my name since then. I think I had about one or two best responses since you responded to my discussion, so that's still OK I guess. It seems like a harder task nowadays to get best responses, and I don't see many members giving best responses anymore. 
But you are indeed right, it's much better to get responses/comments than to get the best response. I am confident the quality of my posts are still the same (or at least on par) with what I have been doing in the past, so I shouldn't be too upset or disappointed if I don't get the best response, as I am still doing the best that I can on myLot. Thanks for your encouragement!

I am not feeling odd for not getting my response ranked as best response. My aim is to do the discussions and responses sincerely whether fruit received or not i am not worried. Because i am sure try try and you will win one day and i am waiting for that to come in my life patiently.

To be honest, it doesn't really worry me too much if I don't get a best response. I am happy to participate and respond to discussions as fairly and honestly as I can. I do try to make intelligent responses and don't really expect to receive a best response for any of my contributions. I think there are a lot of members here who find it very difficult to chose one particular response, so they decide not to select one at all.

Haha, I don't really mind if I don't get best response too, but it is just that I happened to notice a break in the trend that used to be. I also happened to notice that for most of the discussions that I have responded to, the discussions starter hasn't chosen a best response. Yeah, but you are right, we shouldn't think much about the rating or best responses, and just keep participating to the best of our ability. Have a good day!

I don't know what's the reason for that, but I also haven't received any BR's for the long time until yesterday. It's weird, but I suddenly managed to get three best responses yesterday. And I also think there haven't been any major changes in the quality of my posts.

Well, it seems it is all up to discussion starters to give it, and if they don't feel compelled to give it there is nothing we responders can do as well....if it comes, it just comes and if it doesn't, that's life....

It does not bother me anyway if i am not awarded with a best response for a long time. U can check out the mylotters who have more than 1700 posts and i think i have the lowest MBRs than any other but i have nothing to worried about it. I better know the qualities of my responses. I am too weak in english and still learning here. Lol.

Lol, I wish I could be like you too, not being bothered about best responses..... When I started, I wasn't bothered about best responses too, partly because I didn't know it existed and partly because I couldn't be bothered. But then as I continued to participate on myLot, the best responses kept coming in, and I have to say I got addicted to it to a certain extent. 
So now I'm having some withdrawal symptoms. But don't worry, I'll be fine shortly, I promise..... Thanks for your encouragement!

I think the best response is a privilege for the discussion starter to give out. But it is not compulsory to reward it in our discussion even though it is the best way to show that we appreciate their response.
If I did not get the best response in any discussion that I am involve, I just think that the other responder give much better response then mine. Yes, we already try our best when we response to the discussion but someone have produce much better response. and that is not because of my response quality is being dropped.

Yes, you are absolutely right. I shouldn't be so hard on myself because the best response thing is a two-way thing. It needs the responders to do their thing, and it also needs the discussion starter to feel compelled to give it to one of the responders.

Hi friend Nice to know that you used to get best responses once in a week and i am sorry for not getting the best response lately .I want to know will it make any difference in our earning's ? .All i can say is just don't loose the hope you will receive what you are looking for soon seems you are out of form you will e back in to form with a bang .All the best
