Does the weather anything to do with your appetite?

I was wondering if the weather affects your appetite. Because as what I observed whenever it is very sunny my appetite boost. I can't stop eating. And when it's cold or rainy I don't like to eat much. Do you ever experience this? or maybe it's just me.

im hungrier when it s colder and i dont eat too much when it s hot. total opposite. what i do when it s cold though is i eat alot of bread so i dont get hungry that often cuz bread stays longer in the stomach cuz it s longer to digest.

hie emzy, i am different though.in hot and humid weather, i dont eat much. just enough will do the work. however when i go up to the highlands where the weather is cold, i tend to eat more and much more. i have the tendency to get hungry faster . perhaps the weather is cold, i eat more to keep warm. when i go up to the highlands, i walk alot and perhaps that is one of the reason, i dont really know. one thing i know for sure, i eat more and also more snacks in between. its fortunante, i dont put on weight. but after writing this, i must have the willpower not to over eat when i am up in the cold. just a gentle reminder to me.

All I know is when it is rainy days, I love to eat something hot. A soup or a porridge would be heaven. On a summer day, since it is hot I like to eat something cold. I love eating sweet cool treats during summer like ice cream,halo-halo (combination of shaved iced, milk, sugar and fruits) and mais con yelo (combination of shaved iced, milk and corn kernels). It is also the season where most of my favorite fruits like mangoes and plums are available. And I eat a lot of them while they are in season.

if its sunny we tend to eat a lot due to we burn a lot of energy unlike if its winter we become so lazy. normally i want to eat fruits during summer that give me enough fluids to sustain my body from dehydration. i also take a lot of water or juices.
