Has anyone ever worked for the Indian Blogworld?

Now as you can see I did put in quite a nice body of work and I mean nice full length discussions of usually more than five hundred words however to date no payment has been made.Now I am not saying that they wont pay me but I dont understand their system of payment . Consequently I am wondering if anyone out there has signed up with this site and can explain my situation ?
