Well if you people have watched Harapan Vice Presidential Debate in abs-cbn then you might also saw how Loren Legarda was devastated by Mar Roxas' answers during their debate. What can you say about it?

you have internet, right? you can check it on youtube and search for "harapan VP" or better yet check this video link about Loren. not a referral link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZpK_uwAoxw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bz4GlsjclYc you should watch it because you're a voter yourself and allows you to clearly see who is the best among the candidates.

I'm a woman , but sad to say, I will not vote for a woman vice president like her. Like what other people said, she is like a bumblebee, transfering from one party to another. So I'll rather vote for a man. Well, honestly speaking I'm for NOYNOY-MAR TANDEM. They are not TRAPOS. Both of them are economists. Hey guys, this is your lola, a teacher. I'm not voting for myself mga iho at iha, I'm voting for the future of my grandchildren and the future of the Youth. "KAYO IYON". With all our presidentiables, I will vote the "LESSER EVIL." And that is being honest. Whenever I see Willy Villame and Manny Pacman , Singson in the TV. My blood pressure is rising to the max. WHY ? Maslalo si Willy, he is so boostful, ang yabang niya, I'm always praying that God will give him a lesson to be humble again. Very sad for this guy. He is not a good example for the youth. And I am always praying that all noontime show in the future must be "AXE", it's not good for the people. It's not helping the people and the youth. We have to instill values to our youth today. Very sad for a country that morality is going down because of this things,

Grandma Andrea.. those where the old days. times were a lot different then. people want change but they didn't have a VISION on how to move for change, they just ousted a dictator who is trapo and killed a lot of people during his reign. I know what you are trying to say but these are different times. PEOPLE GOT CARELESS, lack of planning..that causes coup and rallies among some people.. now, this gordon has a vision, same thing he did with Olongapo. we have democracy now, but look at us, around you and other people. so, irresponsible, doesn't know how to use they're freedom right that they end up abusing or disregard rules and more to kill as well, i see it all around us. I have seen the Debates and interviews, Noynoy is no Ninoy(great speaker), or Cory (soft spoken but greater speaker too). If noynoy is so great then how is TARLAC doing? there had been so many aquinos there for quite a while and yet it's still the same.can't even fixed his hacienda luisita when he should just take charge and tell them to find a good investor and sell it already I don't want to be emotional, but to think and analyze who is the best based on track record. track record is an experience of leadership and i have seen that in my candidate.he's been tested. Time has changed i must say..Noynoy doesn't have the strong essence of responsibility to lead even if he has the passion. most of all I FEAR for his allies... I can't agree with you there, am so sorry.

Dear LK, Don't be sorry. I respect your opinion. I am very happy to hear from young people like you regarding your "VISION FOR CHANGE." You know you are right, times are changing , but son don't be too idealistic. Brcause if you will not get your visions for change, you will only be frustrated. Go slow , observe what is happening around us. I am also like you, 40 years ago , very young and full of vigor. But like what I have said before, Life is not perfect, life is not what you want to be. You have your dreams, but it's not like that, sometimes their are things that happens beyond your control. So slow down and look for your dreams and most of all don't forget that somebody up there is watching all of us. PRAY,WORK HARD , Do what is RIGHT for yourself and family and everything will fall on the right place. I'm also like you before very idealistic but life is full of surprises, you don't know what will happen the next. Yes, NOYNOY is not Ninoy his father a great speaker aand he is not also his mother CORY , soft spoken and great woman with conviction. But maybe he is not a good speaker but he has a vision for our country. You know, I'm telling my students especially the 3rd and 4th year who are voting this May 10, to choose the right leader. THis election is very crucial for our country , because if we will not be able to chose the right leader, 7 years is 7 years, if the next leader is corrupt, I bet this country is going to the dogs. You know all the Presidentiables have their own "DARK SECRETS", even ordinary people have their own. As one of my colleagues is saying, I'm voting for NOYNOY-MAR TANDEM , between all the evils , I'm for the lesser evil. She's right. She is also voting not for herself but for the youth. Well that is our stand for the old people like us. So iho , take it or leave it , your lola's advice, I love you and I love the music you send me in "YOU TUBE". Don't waste your time with those politicos, enjoy yourself. Look what GIBO did, will you vote for him. He is like Loren, before he left the Nacionalista Party, then now he left KAMPI. He doen't have any loyalty at all. In his interview in the Tv, he was ask if he will carry the party's name. And his answer , he is not sure, if he will not carry the party's name , he will ran as independent, according to him thge most important is to win in the May election. What is to become of him as a leader? Think about it. Mind yoyu I admire him (GIBO)because of his intelligence , but he's to ambitious, he wants to be another OBAMA. If you are not loyal to your party, how much to the people. And that is also true with VILLAR,is he really that rich ? And if they will be elected as President, I will fear (nakakatakot) them for the future of the country. I'm not defending NOYNOY-MAR TANDEM, because I'm voting for them. But being an elder, we have seen or experience the Presidency from Garcia - Arroyo. We have experience good life in our country. I really pity young people today, because they are experiencing the bad side of our country. LK , have you received my Lenten message. Again a "BLESSED LENTEN WEEK." The most important PRAY FOR OUR COUNTRY, that the people will be able to discern who the right leaders to be voted in the May 10 election. God bless you dear son. From : Grandma Andrea

I wish you are my real lola...lol. Honestly, that was a strong answer and I really like the point of view. My family is also a solid Noynoy-Mar Tandem. We also hate people who allow themselves to be used by few people who has power and money. I would also say that even showbiz artist who endorse candidates, they are directly responsible for the effect of that endorsement. It is not just about the extra income thing. They should also realize that they are strongly influencing others specially their fans to vote for a certain candidate and that influence can lead to a disaster or progress in our country.

Hello birzaith, I felt sad about her answers to the questions during that debate. i voted for this women in the senate slate but some how i feel that she won't be qualified this coming elections. the most devastating part of her debate was with Bayani fernando, who was trying his best to make loren understand what kind of responsibility that would make her accountable as a Vice President. it's a simple question how ever loren yet again brag about her pass sewage disposal laws and her activities in saving people in mindanao and planting one million trees for my view is just voluntary and doesn't have complete accountability as a VP candidate. . With Mar Roxas i think she just wanted to create a scene at the same time make Roxas editorialized his answers. but as a Gordonian, i'd rather vote for Bayani to prevent corruption in the funding for infrastructure projects.

WEll, I will never be part of that WINNABLE candidate! i will vote for the one who is right and competent for the Presidency. if he (gordon) lose then it's over for us. i don't see any leadership in him.

Loren is good but Mar is better. I think loren would have fared better is there was enough time to address each issue that she raised. What happened was Mar able to take advantage of the time limit and managed to avoid a very valid issue that loren was trying to get answers from.

i know but the problem is that it turned me off when Mar started speaking a different Filipino dialec which caught me by surprise. but you have a point there where Mar was really trying to avoid and issue which he should have answered. i think i was disappointed in that too.

Loren smiles like a doll that she couldn't afford to look sad in her image there.lolx i like bayani for making simple point and general but important questions which couldn't understand by other politicians.

I agree with you also LK, although i can understand what Mar was saying, i bet majority of those in the audience didn't. That's the sad reality about debates, it may be a venue for people to actually see first hand how good a candidate is it also shows a different side of them. Although you could see them smiling at each other, deep inside you have this eerie feeling that those are fake smiles. Behind the smile there lurks a predator whose constantly sizing up it's opponent and looking for the weakest spot that's most susceptible to attacks.

Man i dont even need to watch any debate's when it comes to loren legarda. Shes te typical baliktaran candidate. I used to remember how she filed the complaint against villar sometime ago but after the teaming up with villar event all of a sudden shes just like a tamed lamb about the cases and allegations against her running mate. Typical traditional politician. Good thing i wont be voting for her ;)

whoa!! i agree. she's just a political trash. she's got her own ambitions and not even eating her own pride will stop her from doing that... and in trying to reah her goals. i won't vote for her too

Yeah well I really don't know how can she afford to still run when it is very apparent that majority of people already know her true color. In line with this, I am having difficulty now to see the wisdom from her endorsers especially with Sarah Geronimo. Noynoy is right whenever we are gonna be endorsing, we should also take into consideration its corresponding responsibility.

after seeing the debate, the more i won't vote for loren. i was expecting her to be a standout that time but being outclassed, outwitted and outsmarted by mar roxas plus the lowest rating during that time was just too much. bayani was all talk and all accusations that time but you got to see how good mar roxas that night. after jumping to your rival's party as well as just merely someone to take advantage with (just like in manny's commercials... if it wasnt for loren, manny's party won't be that strong), i dont think loren will win this year's election.

oh, one more thing... her ambitions of becoming a vice president... ha. i think the best she can do for herself is to not show up in any of these debates, she certainly has showed she is not well equipped and is not intelligent enough for the post... 12 years as a senator... she is not a rescuer.. and yes, she made some bills, but that is your job woman!! so dont boast with those bills. you should have done more than talkin

you got it right. In fact, if you can still remember, even the questions from Bayani fernando about the so called Executive accountability she had a really stressful answer.

It was not a traumatic experience for her... the tv station was fair enough in giving them all a chance and it is their chance now to voice out what their little brains could have.. but what did she do with the chance...?? she smiled like a dog.. with no sincerity whatsoever... she did not answer the question directed to her using her brains. what could be clear instruction like saying no family members... ha but she did sya her mother influenced her.. couldn't you think of someone else in your circle that you can look up to?

Yeah... the funny part is that ABS was her station before running as a senator and for her to receive the lowest score out of the candidates (imagine?) was just so crazy. There was a poll there right? and it made me laugh a bit to see her stats. I mean, Sonza has more decent score than her. What? LOL.

Yeah saw it last last week and somehow I pity her being the only woman VP candidate but her credibility there was questioned by the system that ABS has used in getting an instant rating for their answers. If I was in Loren's place, I would also be sad since she was the only one that has a negative rating in her answers. Even Sonsa and Yasay gets a positive response but for her she almost got a straight negative rating. If I were her I would remain a senator where she could still deliver her promises to us like environment, support for the elderly and many other things. I think she can still deliver that if she remains a senator.

thank god we have these debates and she didn't pursue her run for presidency. she should just remain as a senator and continue her concern for the environment.

Loren, I think, is living in dreamland. She still, up to now, does not know what her calling is. She could have stayed as a broadcaster and made a difference, but she would rather thread on waters not meant for her. Ambition, sigh! We've had enough of Loren, as with the many traditional politicians. We don't have to endure the pain of listening to their answers anymore. Their images bespeak their being. And that, birzaith, is definitely lacking.

Perfect!!! what a great opinion there, now I see wisdom from this very heart-captivating lady.
