do you love books? are you familiar with that story daddy long legs? this is one of my favorite book. this is a story of life, love, acceptance of once self and friendship. in this story judy the lead character is an orphan but was sent to high school by a member of the committee. during her high school days she keep her secret that she was fro the orphanage because she feared that they will treat her unjustly. this happened in 1900. if you are judy but the time frame is today would you do the same thing?

i remember this book! it brings back a lot of childhood memories. see i first got to read this book when i was in grade 2 or 3.. it was one of the more "big girl" books that i got to read then. i still remember the book.. it was the one by penguin classics, with a yellow spine and a picture of a girl in a dress on the cover. don't remember where the book is now. i think my mom gave it away already. i don't really remember much of the story, as it has been almost 2 decades since i last read it.. but isn't this the one where the orphan falls for her male benefactor/"daddy" in the end (correct me if i'm wrong, i might be describing a different novel here he he)?

Oh, I kind of remember this one but forgot the title If I were Judy and the time frame is today, I think I would be more open about being an orphan. During the old times, it would have been a big deal and that orphans would be the subject of ridicule from other children. Today, there would still be some teasing although modern times has changed the views of people and they pass it to children. If I will be unjustly treated because of being an orphan, then I guess I'll just have to stand up against them.
